Its so unfortunate and infuriating seeing Canada stock pile low grade humans and watching them scam their wash into everything single benefit from our government and call us stupid because we are honest and work hard. Shame

It’s our own government that is shaming us for speaking up. Enough immigration. No more. And the ones that don’t respect our culture, get the F**** out

I was born here in Canada in 1969 and since Justin Trudeau took over as our government, everything just went downhill. I also very upset with our government bringing in millions of Immigrants and giving large handouts of of our Canadian tax dollars to support the new immigrants that our coming into Canada. Why is the government giving large hand outs to these Indian immigrants instead of helping us true Canadians who helped built this Country. It is a dam shame to see what the Liberal Government our doing to this country of ours were many are homeless, high cost of living and the high crimes that happens every day in Canada and what does the government do is let these criminals back into our streets where us true Canadians do not feel safe any more. The one thing that pisses me off is seeing is all these new immigrants coming into Canada by the thousands that are taking away our Canadian entry jobs like Walmart, McDonalds and A & W fast food restaurant where as our young born Canadian students and others can not find a job to help them pay for there school loans and get a good education degree. We need to put a stop to this. For enough is enough before our Liberal Government destroys our country.

I’m an American as well. And I’m with Canada 10000% we the people in the US (most of us) stand with y’all. What the current administration is doing with this country is truly shameful. And I as an American apologize in behalf of our government. May god bless all of us.

Shame they didn't care about fentanyl when it was killing people off in BC for years before spreading, thousands of people had died. Shame they didn't do anything about the corrupt government that enabled it and the money laundering. Hard to believe they care when so little effort or attention was shown to get the BC government at the time to be accountable. It doesn't help that with our current justice system it's practically a revolving door unless you're screwing over some established monopoly, people who cause real harm are out on the streets in no time. People who accept bribes and allowed the deterioration to occur will never be dealt with and I don't see steps going on to prevent it from happening again. People with the money run the govt and screw us over.

It will be tough for both sides, the US and Canada. But the Canadian government has its people's support, while the majority of US citizens do not support Trump and his government. The US will be a sad, lonely planet in the middle of the world. Shame!

Canada, I am standing with you from NC. Your leader and government are responding in an appropriate manner. trump and vance have brought shame to the US. All the lives that our country has lost in wars were not sacrificed to come to this moment.

Thank you Minister Trudeau for speaking clearly with facts all the great work that Canada is doing and has done it for the well-being of all.Most importantly how peacefully Canada's government has worked with the US as an ally and on a smart way.Unfortunately Trump is destroying that peaceful relationship with Canada applying those ridiculous and absurd tariffs just for money because Trump is so greedy.This is a shame that affects both Canadians and Americans.I feel bad for our children growing up in this tense situation.

Shameful US government

The speech of Mr Trudeau, the way Canadians have shown solidarity for one another, today it all puts my country, The US, to shame. I am ashamed of what my government is doing and I am disgusted with the people doing it. In Mr Trump’s first term, as eclipsed as they were by the many many many actions and attitudes he imposed on us that embarrassed and hurt us as a country, there was the rare occasional decision I could at least understand even if I did not support it. Since taking office literally not one thing he has done has made sense to me as an American. I can only say how sorry I am for what the country I love is being used to do to you all, especially our closest allies and friends and in particular the people of Canada today. I grew up in Commerce Twp Michigan. I visited Canada regularly and, even as crime from Detroit poured across the border into Canada, Canadians always treated us with respect and welcome. I never imagined that would stop but now I find it hard to imagine how it might continue and it breaks my heart.

As an American who opposes - STRONGLY opposes - the Trump administration and everything it stands for, I am sorry for what our country's government is doing to the rest of the world but especially to our oldest, closest allies. \n\nThe MAGA faithful will remain faithful even as the prices of virtually everything goes up and up and our economy tanks. They believe what comes out of Trump's mouth no matter what it is, no matter how obvious reality proves him wrong. Those of us who know what Trump really is have known what he's really about since the beginning. He's about himself and nothing more. His every move, his every word is about further enriching himself and patting himself on the back for his greatness.\n\nHis election to a 2nd term (and maybe more if he decides to ignore our Constitution) will be written about in the history books and it will not be favorable. This is what he wants, though. He wants to be thought of as an influential figure. Well, he is that. But so was a certain little Austrian monster who is remembered with great shame and disgust.

Well done canada for standing your ground....having family there I know how strong the feeling is amongst Canadians.....be proud of who you are and take your produce , minerals and oil and deal with people who will treat you like an equal respected partner .I've no doubt europe will be next ......the american government will slowly isolate itself from its western partners and that's s real shame for the American public .......it'll cost jobs in the us cause inflation and it's gonna get a lot more expensive for everyone

Canada's Federal government has been terroristic towards us for 9 years of demented foolishness. Sincerely sorry about this. It's shameful discraceful, not good enough. In BC, the port of Vancouver doesn't do **** no x ray scanning cargo containers. Maybe 1% of containers are searched. We are a huge problem. Our media doesn't say anything about this.

It’s not as difficult to expel illegal immigrants as the government portrays it. With today’s technology couple IT guys could handle it. There’s no need to spend millions on the army or fences. There’s no shame in adopting someone else’s productive experience. Just look and learn how it’s done in Saudi Arabia or the Emirates. Lock bank accounts a month before visa expiration until visa renewal, international money transfer upon presentation of valid visa, entry to theme parks - movie theaters - schools- colleges only with US driving license or valid visa, etc

Thanks to our present government in power. Yes..Indians have no respect around the world. We were respected and treated well, but thanks to Modi.. everywhere we're looked down upon. It's a shame! The relationship that the governments build have direct effect on the citizens of that country. Their culture values education so many of them already come to Canada with a high level of education and they are getting degrees in order to work in Canada. They believe in working & don’t expect the government to provide them with housing and all their needs like the white people sitting around in tents. Another difference is that family and kinship is valued so Indians work together to build themselves up. They may have to live in crowded housing but they r working to save to be able to buy their own homes. The problem with White people is they don’t have family unity, they view having children and inconvenience. They don’t realize that those children will become their safety net as they get older. Family helps each other out, those Indians would do anything to keep a family member from living in the streets. This would put their family in shame in their community. Canadians have something to learn from the Indians. By the way their religion disapproves of alcohol & drugs so they don’t have that problem. The working Indians r paying more taxes and supporting those drug addicts, if the Indians were not there Brampton would be a dying city. Greeting from the US.

Shame on the Canadian government! :(( That Mexicans don't need a visa to enter Canada is outrageous and it shouldn't be. Throughout the years it is been very difficult to get a visa to visit canada and also to migrate there legally. Even many family members of new Canadians have gotten their tourist visas to come to Canada denied over and over again. But now is just a disproportionated disaster. Just like the current federal and many local governments in the US, in Canada Trudeau is and has been destroying the country in so many ways for the last 9 years!!

Hopefully the US will shame the Canadian government into doing something about this. Clearly the wishes of the citizens of this country mean nothing.

Re Indian students as a former teacher I have to also say that many Indian students coning here are lacking the basics. I also found that students educated in US states like Florida and Texas were around two grades behind. Many Indian studenrs here have high expectations but poor background and inadequate English language skills. It is a shame that people are getting into Canada with false documentation and credentials. Also they are enrolling in very dubious schools and it is no surprise that they find life here very difficult. Hopefully the Canadian government will take greater care to see that only suitable candidates are allowed to come to Canada as students. Also students from other countries should avoid coming here if they don't really have sufficient skills and should make sure that they are choosing reputable educational institutions. There are lots of private institutions with fancy names. Don't be fooled.

SHAME on the canadian government for putting the focus on international students!!! Done because they can blame the provincial governments and make people ignore that they changed visas to mexico, changed the refugee claimant laws, and increased exponentially the number of people entering and then waiting for a hearing on the asylum claim. As a landlord, here's the difference between international students and migrants: One has money and pays me rent monthly on time, while the other one sleeps in the park, or somewhere else, PAID by the government. The issue aren't the people entering and giving us their money, it's the new huge welfare class called migrants that is draining the system.

It’s been 5 years for me here and I honestly can say I have achieved nothing in my life yet. It scares me when I think I can’t return whatever my parents had invested in me. The fact is you’ll never have a good paying job in Canada being an immigrant. When I say this trust me I mean it. Most you’ll get is a minimum wage job which can make you survive the life here. Taxes are high definitely and what I feel is you’re working to make someone else’s life easier. \n(P.S: people who’ve stayed in Canada will understand who I’m implying to)\nNo one wants to be your freind, scope of socializing is zero coz mostly it’s cold round the year so everyone hardly come out, especially in Northern provinces like Yukon, Saskatchewan, Manitoba.\nHealthcare is a joke. If you feel sick and not well and you wanna see a doctor be prepared to wait for hours and hours. I once had stomach infection and I had to wait 5 hours till someone could see me. I asked for painkiller at-least so I could bear the pain but they refused that as well. You might well see someone you love dearly and with whole heart die in-front of you and you could do nothing. (I’ve experienced it myself hence saying)\nYou’re a lone survivor who’ll always keep fighting. \nThe only person who can make money here is businesses and high paid jobs which are reserved to Canadians. I live in Juárez, Venezuelans here are offered jobs and they refuse, they wanna live off government help. I believe everything should be done the legal way. My sister is a United States citizen, I have a VISA and visit from time to time, but everything within the legal path. \nIt is not the US responsibility nor is it Mexico's to accept this people and give everyone humanitarian shelter and a job. \n\nIt's a real shame
