I feel this video does cover what's happening but don't answer the question why its happening. Here's what i think- To start with - A major population of indian immigrants in Canada come from two provinces/states - Punjab and Gujarat. From Punjab - Most of the population who migrates to Canada are villagers. They are notoriously famous in Punjab cities as well for creating trouble. They have no civic sense, always getting involved in illegal stuff, some use drugs, no etiquettes, poor hygiene and very arrogant sometimes. Another thing, Canadian government over the years stopped taking in-person interviews and got lenient with rules for gaining a visa especially for students which doesn't make sense and one should be catious so of what kind of people they are letting in their country. This leads to letting in a bunch of wrong people who are already a troublemaker in Punjab and then represents a bad of side of Indians. A side note - Every Indian province is very very different and not all people are same in India. It's definitely a shit situation which shows Canadian government definitely needed a better way to handle immigration. A lot of international students has been exploited by the system as well if you get to know from there point of view as well. Seeing the thumbnail and title of this video shows what kind of a person Tyler is. Without a proper research and understanding, he just made a video to appease people who hates on Indians. Title says Invasion, is he for real? I see way more Chinese immigrants here in Canada than any other nationality. Punjabi Indians are to be blamed as for creating a bad picture for themselves but hating on whole country without knowing them feels prejudiced. I hope whoever is reading to really open their eyes and understands that this is a government failure for not having strict rules and regulations. Indians have been immigrating to Canada for more than 100 years but you see them as a problem now due to last 8 years of bad decisions. Last thing, you see more Indians in Tim Hortons and mock them, is that a bad thing on loving and supporting a Canadian brand? Definitely poor english speaking employees is a problem, but that is a management issue. You don't like it, have a word with the Manager if they don't act on it, then I guess they don't really care for your opinion. Its on you now whether you want your coffee or better english 😂

Let me tell you this as a legal Indian immigrant that came here 13 years ago with my whole family. There was a balance of immigration coming in from every country which was amazing until they opened the gates to India like it’s another bus stop away from India. Since then there have been so many illiterate people that fraudulently came here and keep trying to make Canada like back home which needs to stop. The reputation of Indian people which used to be hard working and family people is getting ruined by people that come here to give back nothing to Canadian economy. People that used to come into Canada came in with a dream but now it feels like just visiting another Indian state especially Brampton……… hopefully this stops but with the monkeys that have currently taken over Canadian parliament i hardly see an end to this.

Mortgage fraud has also increased DRASTICALLY since the influx of new immigrants coming to Canada within the last 10 years. And who is doing the fraud? 95% of the fraud cases are new immigrants from India. There are many good people that come from india, but there are FAR more than don't assimilate, have no interest in ever assimilating, and they abuse our social systems, stealing from every Canadian as well as cause our quality of life to drastically drop. Our healthcare systems are beyond overloaded and bursting at the seams, our housing prices have skyrocketed, our house and auto insurance rates have also gone through the roof. And speaking of going through the roof, numerous houses were lit on fire late last year from new immigrants irresponsibly lighting off MASSIVE amounts of fireworks during Diwali, then you have the crowds of Indian families going to our previously pristine beaches and digging pits, which they then proceeded to use as their bathroom. People were actually selling "Beach $hitter" t-shirts because the problem was getting so common. Immigration is ok, but the amount of people the Canadian government has allowed into Canada, ALL from totally different cultural origins, in such a short amount of time was never, and will never be sustainable. In my opinion, Canada needs to full stop close its borders to anyone immigrating for at minimum 5-10 years, to allow the countries infostructure time to catch up with the masses of people who have already come into the country. But that will never happen with the liberals at the helm, they would literally get rid of the whole concept of a "border" if they could. Elbows up ya dorks!

Major reason for so much immigration of Indians is because here in india to get a well paying job and a well settled life you need to be educated and skilled. Whereas in countrys such as canada it is more easy to have a good living with less efforts and less education. Therefore they prefer moving out of country than working hard in there own country. And in the case of Brampton they saw an opportunity and demand for businesses and workforce so they grabbed there opportunity. Because at that time there was not much going on in Brampton when indians started immigrating . So you can say indians are the reason Brampton has grown gradually. But i do think now it is too crowded and people haven't stopped coming. Now there are no requirements as such. So that is why more useless indians are moving in canada nowadays.

The majority Sikh state ( punjab) in India is still behind in development and job wise cooperation, and the historical pattern from the British era of moving to Canada for a better life has become a norm for many young people there. The close, collaborative nature of Sikhs—like a cousin in Canada inviting another cousin from India to come over, open a shop, work together, or share housing—is another reason many don’t hesitate to immigrate. These are some of the reasons behind mass immigration from India. Now, with saturation, the resentment toward immigration has grown. India itself faces issues with immigrants who live off our taxes, take rights meant for native children, and abuse policies, laws, or the environment. At least Canada has better-off immigrants—educated and contributing to the economy. While some may depend on taxes, most are hardworking and self-sufficient; otherwise, Canada’s economy would have collapsed by now. In end i can understand the hatred but you guys should stop this yourselves - not hunting them but prevent more.

You know, Brampton even before trudeau was becoming basically little India, and most Canadians just said whatever let them have it, we kinda accepted it. But after trudeau with mass immigration and them taking over other cities its when it became a little too much and started to take over canadian culture. I had a friend visit from the u.s for the very first time, and we did some sight seeing, you know going to places around ontario that tourists would check out, went to niagra falls for the first time in maybe 10 years man it changed. It was 90% Indian people. She noticed it right away but didnt say anything, i said a lot of indians huh? and she said yeah didnt think canada was like this. When you think Canada its always been mulicultural, you just think of all ethnicities and people of different cultures but at the end of the day everyone was Canadian and they assimilated. Now you dont think of a multicultural country you think of an indian country thats changing the canadian culture and way of life and not in a good way. Identity is being taken away and it needs to stop. Canada needs to take notes from Poland before its too late. Poland closed their doors and guess what? economy went up, crime rate went down, people are happier. The motives of this look racist because when you try hiring white folks the retention rate is extremely low, these past 6 months I have seen 8 employees in managerial positions who quit less than 2 weeks and it's impossible to retain them no matter what salary you offer and then when you go hire an Indian they just don't quit and work harder. But again that's an anecdote, that doesn't mean white folks don't work hard. Everyone has different experiences so stop, putting half baked stuff out on the internet and stop embarrassing yourself. Um so tired of going to a store all immigrants working. Make a phone call it's answered by an immigrant. You can't understand them . I love on ccpd I don't get old age pension yet. I'm too old to get the child tax credit and I'm on a Canada pension disability. I get 713.00 a min to live on. Period. That's it. 😢😢😢 I struggle every day. I live in a seniors housing complex..so my rent is adjusted to fit my income. Thank God for housing I'd be homeless if it wasn't for them. 😢😢 But the immigrants have money. Have jobs. Drive new cars. Get free rent for a year. I waited 9.5 hours at the emergency😢😢 not the Indians they have Indian drs that work there for them. How in the hell is this ok. I ended up leaving the emergency I couldn't wait any longer. I sat there in pain all that time and two Indian families came in during that time and within 20 min at the most they were in and out. They even have an advertisement in the emergency room in their language with all the Indian drs working there. Wtf is going on. I'm tired of seeing these people. They are opening businesses here. Everything you see now is written in English, French and Indian. They call it our third language now. There are building going up that have only immigrants in them. A d I live in a small town but the city. Come on. They stopped saying the Lord's prayer in schools. They can't say Merry Christmas. Christmas concerts are called Holliday concerts now. I have only one question.. why is the government allowing them into the country ? What is the reason and who is it benefiting??? As I commented before , my parents came to Canada in 1966 I was just a baby , Canada had endless jobs in manufacturing, and especially in the construction sector , I will say that immigrants back then , Italians , and Portuguese really built this country , the men and women worked sometimes two jobs , no hand out from the government , no sick days , Canada was beautiful growing up , .. that’s how I remember it , other immigrants followed , from Poland , and then the Indians started to come in by the 80”s .. fast forward to now , I’m embarrassed of our country , it’s disgraceful and disgusting, the transition from back then to now , I feel like I’m living in India , dirty , scammers , gangs , thief’s , murders , ignorant , entitlement; disrespectful etc .. facts , one thing that I can’t wrap my head around is the language barrier , why are these people working in customer service ? Why are they dealing with the public ??? Why are they in the health care industry, nurses , doctors etc , when they can’t speak the language???? Why are they accepted in these highly skilled positions? Just because you have the skill ? Isn’t knowing the language and being able to communicate a requirement regardless what job you have ? Why is the government allowing them in this country and then paying for them to have all these resources available to them ? Why ?? This is the scary truth. We Canadians are being purposefully victimized and our rights as citizens has been eroded since the last 5 years. Trudeau, and now Carney, is bringing in more immigrants than the country can handle. They are illegally driving transports causing more accidents on the roads ever. Our restaurants are primarily from India and Pakistan. Some Indian people are here on school visas or work permits and are wonderful people and speak perfect English. They are welcome. They are Christians and nice and courteous. But there seems to be a disconnect between immigrants who come here thinking bc they are moslem they are superior and do not need to follow Cdn laws language and culture. We don't want them praying in the streets on their rugs disrupting the city. We have churches and they have mosques. They will NOT takeover our country in spite of Carney. Carney and the Liberals needs to be kicked out of office. Deport the illegals and stop immigration NOW!

Every student who comes to USA for M.S. graduate studenfrom India pay only 1semister fee to colleges but they apply for 2 year tuition in Indian banks \n\nWhat is happening is colleges collect 1 semester fee and after 1st semester.\n\n students work part time at restaurants, gas stations, Motels grocery stoes. Mostly at non chain stores. \n\nLegally they are suppose to work on campus but they work off campus and earn and then pay for college. And some send to India they their friends illegally.\n\nThey travel up to 50 miles around to work. \n\nThese students work for cash and work for $7 to $8 per hour or even less.\n\nStore proprietors / owners tell these students if anyone comes for raid they will tell that they are working on voluntary basis and taking salary. So like this millions of students work illegally.\n\nAfter student comes out of college during OPT and stem OPTA they continue to work and approach consulting companies to generate payroll / trainee for no r a son just to give them status. \n\nDuring OPT these employers collect money to pay taxes and generate payroll and keep them to put them to work and maintain their status.\n\nThis does not stop here.\nH1-B workers who come from India on lottery 80% do not have clent jobs but they use back door and show that they have jobs and continue to pay taxes to show on paper that they are still working with a hope that they get jobs in future. And do part time work at restaurants, grocery store etc..\n\nStudents also stay in apartments in groups of 5 to 6 in 2 bed room unit and share and save money actual apartment lease is on only 2 people remaining people stay illegal.\n\nLandlord cooperation is there. \n\nthis situation is causing so much trouble to American citizens. Most Americans do not get a job even if they get paid low wages due to these unauthorized workers.\n\nCreate a department to report every local illegal student workers or H1-Bs or OPTs to ICE and disqualify them and cancel their visas.

This is addressed mainly to the ugly Indian: My generation came to the racist west and built a golden reputation. We worked hard, assimilated, paid our taxes, and obeyed the laws. We were humble. We celebrated our native cultures within the confines of our communities. While it was frustrating to be invisible in white culture, we never sought to conquer them with our culture. We were ethical to the hilt. Our generations were poor -- yet we struggled to help others in India and in the west. We were NEVER on the dole. Personally I think it is rude to enter a nation (in the west or anywhere in the world) with naked opportunism. Speaking for myself -- despite neocolonialism, I admired western civilization, especially its older forms. \n \nBut the ugly Indian who comes now is loud, brash, socially irresponsible, exploitative, money-hungry, opportunistic, and arrogant beyond belief (full of the hubris that comes from sudden new wealth). They look down on us who have been here a while. They are used to a servant-culture and look down on white working class people, as if they are servants. As for second generation Indians in the west, they can be racist towards us first generations. But the opposite is true as well. Indian newcomers see them as an alien species. Indians do tend to hire their own and stick to their own identities -- I do not mean the Indian identity, but their native state identities. All this feeds into the primary and secondary forms of western racism that are already simmering beneath the surface. This new genre of Indians is destroying the goodwill we have built. I have personally witnessed arrogant young Indian students cutting the line to reach the front desk. No manners, no ethics. As a first generation Indian immigrant I get annoyed. So why shouldn't native born westerners (who are already racist)? \n \nBut to complain about how they smell is rude beyond belief. This must stop.

In india when these foreign ppl come to travel and all we literally treat them as if they are stars of some movie whereas they are just normal people and we should stop treating them special .. see how they treat our people when they visit their country. Its very heartbreaking and shameful. They shoukd learn some manners from us.

What more India can do to avoid visa rejections:\n\nPut an end to religious intolerance against minorities within the country. The free run of neo-nationalists and cow terrorists should also be stopped. Protests against the hijab and halal meat must be dealt with by law. \n\nNobody will welcome people coming from a country of lawlessness.

Canada stopped being attractive to Western and Central Europeans about 15 years ago. Since about 2008, we've only been getting people from the developing world - China, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, African states, Arab states, etc. And so today, Canada looks the way it does. And now it's not attractive to ANYONE. Even the Chinese and Indians have realized it's not worth coming over. A whole country destroyed over two generations. Well done, Harper and Trudeau. Well done! International students have no rights to protest other than study, which is why they come in the first place. Canada or US didn’t go to india and say please come. I used to work in a vegetable processing plant where 90% of the staff were Indians. They were rude, self entitled, and treated the rest of us like trash. I remember when one of the Punjabs threw garbage in front of me and expected me to pick it up. These people feel they own this place and the rest of us to serve them. They need to GO! I saw Indians pooping on beaches in PEI and NB this summer and throwing garbage everywhere. Now they are protesting to stay when their visa's have expired. They complain about school and housing, but at the same time, exploit food banks and take up entire neighbors up degrading land value with their crime and trash. Then whenever you interact with them, they are rude, speak quickly and do not learn to adapt to our way of life. Instead we get more protests and violence. Indians abroad are responsible for billions in fraud and mismanagement across many sectors, and Indian government openly hamulated Canada on several occasions. On the count of immigration to Canada, more then 2/3 are coming from India and many are unvetted. Indians are not global people, they are not friendly or adaptable. Taking advantage of our hospitality and complaining when they stop getting that treatment pretending it's not their fault. Indians should go back to India and fix whats going on there. Get better schools, and have better manners. You have generations of youth who are very rude and dirty. I wish everything I said wasn't true, but with many personal experiences and others sharing, we have found the same is true about all of this many times over, in a span of 10 to 15 years. I am constantly annoyed by the following, but because I was born in Canada, I would be cancelled for saying the things you can. I am also Indian. Here’s the list that comes to mind. I might come back and edit this because I am sure there are things I am forgetting: \n\n- coughing into your elbow instead of your hands (literally watched a guy yesterday on the bus cough into his hands then put his hands onto the support bar)\n\n- Standing to the side and letting people off the train so you can get on instead of trying to walk through people who are trying to get off \n\n- Standing up and moving to the side to let somebody off on an inside seat of the bus. I have a butt. I don’t want to be squeezing by you \n\n- Taking off their backpack while standing on the bus and putting it between their legs\n\n- Moving to the back of the bus instead of crowding by the doors\n\n- Standing in lines to get onto the bus instead of crowding\n\n- Not littering. Either put your garbage in the bin or take it with you. Stop leaving it on the beach or on hiking trails.\n\n- Learn about hiking before attempting it. We have people going up in jeans and flip flops in the evening and getting stuck on mountains or injured. Some wear running shoes but they don’t have enough traction for the trail\n\n- Shovel the sidewalk in front of your home when it snows\n\n- Stop dousing yourself with axe body spray. \n\n- Understand that Indian food makes your clothes smell. It gives off oils that get stuck in everything. Open your windows and doors when cooking to minimize this as much as possible. You won’t be able to resolve this entirely but do what you can. The skytrain now smells like Indian food even when empty. \n\n- Stop riding your bikes and scooters on the sidewalk. It’s illegal and you have a responsibility to learn the rules \n\n- Stop hiring everybody that you know. Before nepotism was all about networking, but nowadays, it seems to be about hiring Indian people that you know. I am being discriminated by employers because they think I will do the same once I am in. Diversity in teams matters. Indian immigrants don’t seem to believe in this and think all that matters is the most qualified get the job. This is how you end up building facial recognition models that don’t recognize Black people. \n\n- You work at McDonald’s. Stop blasting Indian music. The McDonald’s by my place is blasting Indian music from the back and it overtakes the restaurant music. \n\n- In a work environment, even if it is all Indians, speak English. You ostracize your fellow colleagues and customers. You are also not improving your English skills by speaking in your primary language.\n\n- Make an effort to make non-Indian friends. It’s really intimidating even as an Indian to see large packs of Indian men\n\n- Learn how to swim. Every year we have multiple drownings at a lake because Indian people are unprepared for the reality of the water. This is a basic safety skill.\n\n- Stop staring at women. Even as an Indian woman I get stared at by these guys. Just stop. \n\n- Get headphones. Playing music or having conversations on speakerphone in public places is rude and very inconsiderate of others \n\n- Stop cheating. Whether that’s cheating the system or during classes. We grow up here and environment that even though we can cheat, the culture makes it completely unethical and you just don’t. The consequences are significant. I get it that you come from a country that doesn’t have enough resources for its population, but you give the entire Indian community a bad name when you cheat, lie, and do other unethical things.\n\n- Learn about Canadian values. The Canadian charter of rights and freedoms exists. Under it cases were won supporting equality for women, LGBTQ rights, etc. this is built into our constitution and it’s so ridiculous to come across people who don’t adopt Canadian values. Why choose Canada if you want a culture of what’s back at home. \n\n- I get it that our healthcare system needs to improve but am disappointing reading advocacy for private healthcare in Indian Facebook groups in Canada. Tommy Douglas was voted as the greatest Canadian. He is the founding father of our nationalized healthcare system. For the most part, Canadian are happy that we don’t have a healthcare system like the United States, where your access is determined by your employer or your income. We don’t go bankrupt when we have a health emergency. Go back to India or go to another place where you can pay for private healthcare, but stop advocating to transition our healthcare system to a private system. While you’re at it go look up who was determined to be some of the greatest Canadians.

To all the Canadian people criticizing International Students, why do your Universities push their agents in India to send pamphlets, posters, brochure and advertisement almost every day back home in India. You guys in your heart know that your universities are run by the money accumulated from the hiked fees of the international students and if they stop coming, all these so called universities and colleges will be shut down.

I feel bad for those who were duped into coming here to Canada. They had big dreams of becoming successful here, instead not being able to do that and being forced to live in cramped accommodations. I work in healthcare, and a lot of people who work in the facility in which I'm employed were brought here from the Philippines and India, mostly. Some were hired directly by this employer, while others came here some other way. Those with professions like being an RN were under the impression that it wouldn't take that long or be that difficult to get their Canadian certification to work as RNs here. Instead, they found out that the process for that here in Canada is a lot tougher and takes a lot longer than they'd been led to believe. So many are left not being able to use their education to its fullest, instead working as care aides until they can get the proper certification. I know that this has also happened with doctors and engineers and to many in other professions for which they went to school for years. It's a real shame.\n\nThis massive influx of people coming from other countries, though, has been really tough on those of us who were already living here. It's been way too many people, and we just weren't prepared. It's been one of the biggest factors in the huge increase of cost of living and, of course, it's by far the reason we have an enormous housing shortage.\n\nI'm not completely anti-immigration, but I think that it needs to be stopped, at least for a while. Let us deal with what's going on now instead of bringing in more people that would only help to make things worse, through no fault of their own. There's no reason that we need to have more people coming here right now. We have way more than enough people here right now.

We have immigrants coming to Canada from all over the world and there are a lot of students too, but there is something terribly wrong with people from India. When coming to a new country, you have to come to a point where you respect that country's law and your values too. You cannot impose your laws and values on them. Freedom is given here but don't abuse it. Lastly, live for a little bit under the sun and stop this race mentality.
