It isn’t nearly enough. It would be better to secure our borders so people can’t just walk across. It isn’t rocket science. We do not have the responsibility to take in every person who crosses our border especially when their first step on western land was the US.

Very true, I have only been here for few years and noticed it. Canada immigrants spin the wheel and big bosses just sit back make rules and live on the commission.
