You may or may not like Trudeau but this was the true statesman speach. Listening to the orange bully with a kindergarten vocabulary last night....

Trudeau is a true statesman. He is eloquent and respectable. He tells the truth and I believe him.

Much respect PM Trudeau. I’m an American with Canadian roots as my parents were born and raised in Alberta. Your message was spot on and I’m truly embarrassed and ashamed of our current leadership and the decisions they are making. I hope that someday they will come to their senses. In the meantime thank you for being a true statesman and leader in these difficult times.

Trudeau has had his up and downs in Canadian politics over the years, with the ever present divide between Conservatives and Liberals here in Canada, but one thing is for sure, he's a true statesman, who speaks with wisdom from the heart, and for that is respected around the world. Trump would be smart to take notes from Trudeau, a man with considerably more skill, etiquette and experience in the field of political leadership, both hear at home, and on the world stage.

If nothing else Trudeau is a true statesman and clearly articulated fact checking very unlike the POTUS who ridicules this notion as unnecessary!
