American here. I am on a limited income (Social Security) but I 100% support Canada & what Canada needs to do to counteract the actions of our incompetent, insane 'President'. Go Canada! We not-insane Americans salute you & apologize for our 'Orange Menace'. We look forward to when our governments can be friends again. Our two peoples will always be Friends! (I have family there also.) P.S. The drug issue is a fake issue on the part of the Trump Administration. I think these tariffs/only America and America first policies will be the downfall of Trumps administration and the US economy/influence around the world. We are only driving allies away while bringing inflation/pain to our people. If DOGE isn’t enough to save our debt crisis, this is the start of the end of the US's #1 standing in the world.

Looking in from the out side I applaud Trudeau on his speech. But........ Canada needs the USA more than the USA needs Canada. Trump is who the United States elected by a majority. No games..... no fraud..... He IS THE Average large pickup driving, loud and rude American. He Is America and the rest of the world needs to take note.\n\n To be fair, in historical terms, the USA was created to be isolated and different than Europe. They went to War to become an independent country away from Europe. This whole idea that they follow Europe everywhere is only a small blip in history since WW2, they were never set up to be that.\n\n If Anything, the rest of the world should see there mistake in becoming so dependent on the USA. You should never put that much faith and trust in just one country.

CNN correspondence never gives the more impactful concerns - in this case, the concern should be the fact that DT is attacking Canada, our friends, and Mexico, our friends - because he's a fkn traitor - and the US Constitution that says it's our American duty to stop people like him. The government and the common people must be overlooking these crimes and willing to give up their rights and freedoms. The original KGB and the long running Putin agenda is the slow game in his global conquest for power. You have to consider the geopolitics. If Mexico and Canada won't defend us (because they hate Trump) DT can/will sell out America to Russia, in turn Canada would be the closest place to conquer, then Mexico. It's stupid tho, unless the UN stands back and watches this happen too. Think I'm bullshittin, reading too far into things, but I'm not. Nobody is at the wheel but Trump, and he doesn't even know how to drive. You, the people and corporate new media will never read far enough to get the entire picture. I can confidently say as a Canadian, what Trump has done and continues to do is driving the biggest wedge between Canada and the USA. The jokes of Canada becoming a 51st state is outrageous and i speak for many fellow Canadians when saying - WE WILL DIE AS CANADIANS before bending the knee to America. This is exactly what Russia wants and the only true winner from this will be the countries praying on Canada and the US's downfall.

What Trump did in that meeting with Zelensky wasn’t strength, it was weakness disguised as tough talk. Pressuring Ukraine to negotiate from a position of desperation only empowers Russia and signals to the world that U.S. commitments mean nothing.\n\nTrue leadership isn’t about catering to dictators or throwing allies under the bus. It’s about standing firm for democracy, national security, and the principles this country was built on. If we let billionaires and politicians treat global conflicts like a business deal, we’re betraying everything generations of Americans fought and died for. I won’t stay silent while our country’s integrity is sold off for personal gain. America deserves better.

Canada should have free trade agreement with the central and south america at a fair tariff. Trump has a history of BANKRUMPCY and will drive the USA to a big bankrumpcy.

This is what trump is talking about they come in drives and their countries have plenty of America's money and resources and I've visited these places their beautiful and cheap to live in they want to come here to rob steal and kill them they go back to their homeland and start missing in action their definitely not poor, period and Americans can't move over in their countries illegally period, Amen

Trump is going to drive all the countries from Mexico and Central and South America to join BRIC. That is probably the plan to appease his buddy Putin and line his own pockets at the expense of the USA

This woman has no idea how messed up our current immigration system is. The fact that she thinks her deported cousins could successfully reapply or that she said “I stood in line for hours and days to get my green card” just shows how out of touch she is. She thinks that Trump sees her as an equal when he doesn’t. He doesn’t care about the difference between “illegal” or “legal” immigrants… he said non white immigrants are “poisoning the blood of America.” \nAnd as a Mexican born immigrant, she should never forget that the only thing protecting her is a green card, which can be revoked at any time. She is selfish and deluded. I am a daughter of a Taiwanese immigrant who watches Fox News every night and it drives me crazy. Y’all are no better than any illegal immigrant. We need more of them to sustain our low birth rate. Immigrants are awesome and there’s absolutely no good reason to inhumanely and violently deport immigrants. I have heard stories from friends of how inhumane the ICE detention centers are. They treat you like animals, worse than they treat US citizens who are murderers.

I was born in North York in 1955. Used to be the cleanest city in North America. Beautiful, modern, safe. Now, I'll be blunt. to parrot a phrase from Trump, it's a SHITHOLE of a city. Nothing but condos, you can't even see the lake anymore. Every 6 months when I go downtown from Aurora there another 30 condos being built. Often owned by foreigners with lots of money, who buy up 3-5 units at a time. Parking and traffic are impossible. Green spaces like Allen Gardens are now owned by homeless, not the taxpayers. The government is a far left leaning one, which means let the whole world in, no matter if there are no services, driving up debts by increased spending, and resulting in a place only the very rich can now afford to buy a house or pay rent for a tiny crummy one bedroom unit. I even give up free Leaf tickets when I'm offered, it's just not worth the aggravation of traffic and tons of people. Good luck!!!

And my life turned upside down this Friday by illegal immigrants here in Louisiana. They ran a red light, smash my car, totaled it. While running from border patrol and customs. I counted eight people running out of the vehicle and not one gave two shits to check on me, even though I was injured. Seven of them got away the only one they caught was a 14 year old Honduran child that claimed amnesty. So vehicle which they stole, which had stolen license plate, and apparently was full of stolen tools all was seized. The owners will be lucky if they get anything back since it is being held as evidence. I was told by My Attorney chances are my insurance will not pay me in full for my vehicle. Also, I only have a few payments on my car left, and I’m forced to pay it even though now I have no vehicle to get to work, because all my equity is tied up in it, funny thing is I recognize this kid from one of the jobsites down the street. They literally beat me in a bid on. Mind you only buy $400 differences I’m having to pay taxes it’s a joke when you say these people take jobs and no one else wants thing is it’s not jobs no one else wants it’s jobs that have become jobs. No one wants because of the pay continues to fall prices continue to increase, everyone thinks he’s illegal immigrants make no money on these jobsites most of them have nicer vehicles and live in nicer places than the guys I know. The Democrats who are used to vote for because I thought they were for the workingman have completely switched. Their allegiance is to the large corporations that just want to drive down competition and raise their profit margins. They don’t care about America. They want a global economic system in which we have to compete with people that are willing to do the same work as us for a little less because they don’t have to pay what we have to pay and they go back to their countries and live like kings where our dollar buys a lot. They literally use their influence and corruption to take down Trump‘s administration because he was actually doing something about America’s problems. What a damn shame it’s time to change the system. If you’re not voting for a Bernie Sanders or Trump you might as well not voted off because you will get no change. Frankly, I think Bernie Sanders is a terrible choice, but it beats Joe Biden, because at least Bernie Sanders does care. Trump 4 more years!!!!
