I think Americans need to prepare themselves for a hostile take over by Trump, replacing democracy with dictatorship, his version of Gilead ? the loss of their freedoms and the possibility of WWIII between America aligning with Russia, China and North Korea against the rest of the world. WTF were the voters thinking? I am horrified and feel for you all.

Trump is a business man, not a politician, those two factors needs to align together otherwise you wouldn't make it, to be safe as a nation first you have to ensure that your neighbours hold no hate for you, trump decision effects the quality of life here in middle east, god bless those who persevere through challenges with kindness.

I'm English, I don't know that Canada has any enemies around the world to be honest. The US is trying to control any neighbouring land and building a wall around itself in exactly the way Russia did. Look how quickly Trump has made all these changed. He aligns himself with Dictators and attacks his friends. Trump is literally alienating the worlds allies. Who exactly is your enemy in this world? Leaders like Trudeau, Zelenskyy, Starmer, and most European leaders often sound like staunch supporters of AIPAC. I am a Republican leaning American who did not vote for Trump (never voted for him), and I urge every country to stand up to bullying tactics of Trump. I am relatively rich, so this fluctuating market or rising egg prices will not affect me; poorer people than me will be affected greatly. And ironically, these poorer people voted for Trump. I just don't understand it because if I am a poor American, I would have voted for Bernie Sanders because at least the guy has some integrity unlike most politicians. And I am sorry to say I would have voted for Kamala Harris if she were not so dumb. Even though I lean Republican in that my values align more with Republican ideals, I consider whether a candidate has strong integrity and found none in Trump and Kamala Harris.

Now, the government can pay unemployment and healthcare for people who were paying taxes! Then there is revenue lost because National Parks and Federal common spaces are closed. Then there was the this: CDC restricted from updating Americans on the latest epidemiologist reports on Covid, bird flu, the chickenpox outbreak in Texas, flu, and every other potential pandemic virus. Women and children will die as a result of this action! \nAgain, illogical anctions along with Trump aligning himself with Putin and every other dictator. He can move to Russia if he wants to live his life under Putin. He treats everyone the same; expendable!

They've stopped our offensive Cyber SECURITY team that prevent Russia from attacking US targets. Why would he do that? Trump has fired Apolitical Generals and Chiefs of staff in the Military, JAG and prosecutor's who weed out fraud or corruption, even involving Trump's actions. Trump doesn't want stopped, if he wants to change the Constitution or demand the Military to arrest citizens. He's Dismantled checks and balances, and evades the Rule of Law. Trump stopped US aid to keep Ukraine's Power Grid functioning, so people hospitalized wouldn't freeze to death. We obviously have a Russian Asset running the Oval office.
