As an American from South Carolina, I am so impressed and appreciative of Canada and Prime Minister Trudeau. His speech is Sincere and Caring… so Refreshing!! I am with Canada and Ukraine!!

He kept a cool head when DT described it as the 51st U.S. state, with the intention of annexing Canada.\n\nThe fact that he will leave his post as prime minister in a few days has allowed him to speak without complex and without restraint, but also influenced by the serious threat to the country and its economy. He leaves with his head held high with a speech that will go into history, it will be part of his legacy.\n\nThe comments are complimentary of Canada, and it is true that they are kind, caring and welcoming people. To be part of it for 40 years, I am currently impressed by the solidarity of the people who boycott American products in supermarkets. They do not do it to harm the Americans they appreciate (spend their holidays at home) but to punish DT for his arrogance and lies. Human stupidity has no nationality.

As a Canadian, I am not a fan of Mr. Trudeau. But this speech is really impressive.

So for everyone fawning over Trudeau's ability to be articulate, that is impressive to you only because the U.S. has had a piece of steamed broccoli named Biden as a figure head for the last 4 years.\nI can't say I understand Trump's strategy with respect to Canada, but I absolutely know that Trump is no Socialist like Trudeau is. I am happy to wait and see how this shakes out because Trump has been right on so, so many things. No one is perfect, not Trump and not Trudeau. Maybe it's not about drugs. Maybe Canada could offer to go back to respecting individual liberties and free speech in return for the elimination of U.S. tariffs. Sounds like something Trump would agree to.

This was an impressive speech and chilling to the bone. People should understand the undertone that this already is the first stage of a war. America is not talking friendly anymore to Europe or Canada, the alliance is questionable now at best, treaties don't matter anymore and the US government openly supports and defends totalitarian regimes like in Russia. Hilarious that not so long ago Palki was in Oxford giving a speech about how powerful India passport is. Apparently according to her the Immigration officer in the UK was impressed about her Indian passport.lolzz.
