I worked since I was 14, (A lot of times evenings and weekends, several times, two jobs)! I am now 63, I got hurt at work! First I had to fight compensation for a year, ZERO $$$! Then I had to apply to get Disability Canada Pension because I can't physically work anymore.. (damaged back, head injury, I have to use a cane and knee braces to walk)! I spent my savings just surviving while being forced to fight for MY money from my own government for 5 years just to get a measly $300. a month! THAT'S IT! Luckily my spouse works , we paid off our house ten years ago! But, we still barely get by! Every person I speak to about my case with the government on the phone, can barely speak English and yell at me or are VERY impatient with me, because I can't understand THEM, they usually hang up! When I ask to please speak to someone IN Canada, they hang up, then I have to wait another hour to talk to someone else! (I went to 4 government funded agencies to see if I could possibly get a job working from home, because I have trouble getting out! All sent me somewhere else! One agency who is supposed to help disabled people in WPG, REES, the agent refused to talk to me or look me in the eye, * he got a supervisor to talk to me! Because he's Muslim and I'm Gay! They were continuously hostile/aggressive towards me without reason??? I volunteer at 2 different food banks , I've met TONS of people who have never worked a day in their lives, their family, parents, grandparents have never worked... EVER! Yet they have brand new trucks??? Still go to food banks? AND, several new Canadians who I've met, have never worked a day in Canada... Some with new cars??? Yet everyone else receives 10 times what I receive to live on??? I PAID TAXES ALL OF MY LIFE! We can't afford a car! Yet... I don't blame them! I would take it they offered! I blame our government (NDP, Libs, AND CONservatives) who don't give a crap about disabled and seniors in Canada! Or if you paid taxes all of your life , into a system that's supposed to help when you need it! ALL politicians in Canada just whore out their votes! I've volunteered for almost 40 years, also holding down jobs, helping others, I've never seen so may seniors and disabled people forced to access food banks and soup kitchens than the last few years! EVER! Disabled people have to constantly prove they are disabled enough to get kitchen scraps from sociopathic politicians who are over paid and under worked! Fees go up, taxes go up, housing goes up, property taxes go up, bus fairs go up, etc.. Services go WAY down! We can afford trillion$ in corporate welfare, but not help our own? Seniors can't afford to live in their homes anymore! YOU'RE WELCOME for paying for YOUR golden pensions pig politicians, and NOT helping us when we need it! POS!

A foreign substance is introduced into our precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual. Certainly without any choice. I see a lot of comments which are mostly against the international students and are some racist as well. I can understand the pain of Canadian and i am also a canadian now (immigrant), It is a total mess created by the government where government used international students as the cash cow from past 7-8 Years. Its the fault of both sides but the major culprit is the government. I was a also a new immigrant to canada in 2012 and I thanks alot to the open arms welcome for the immigrants by the canadians but when you put a pinch of salt in food its taste good and its was all good until 2015-16. but the government started putting the full carton of salt in small bowl of soup which made the food bitter now not just for the canadian generation but the immigrants which moved to canada before 2016. I hope in the next coming years things will change for canadians. In the last I would, If someone don't wants to welcome me in his home then I should not enter to his home. we should respect that where ever we should go not just canada, it applies to any part of the world and to everyone.

I am Canadian born citizen, unemployed, 2 and a 1/2 years. Because I didn't know that the Trudeau government in 2022 when I lost my job due to the pandemic was allowing them to import T.F.W's as executive assistance my level of experience into my industry. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get an interview withe almost 20yrs of experience and I was trying every trick in the book but a week ago I learned that they brought in over 2 years 300,000 admins at all levels from E.A's to receptionist now. So imagine my horror and shock to learn that 5 days ago. But you walk in everywhere. And it's just Indians from every part of South Asia and I am all for immigration I'm a child of an immigrant, but immigration is a science When dealing with a country like Canada, where it's designed to be many cultures like a 20 bean soup. You're supposed to try and keep it at being a 20 bean soup and within 3 years it became like a 2 bean soup. It's a science where you're replacing your dead, and then you bump it up like 10% to grow the population slowly with GDP so that you don't have so many Canadians. Unemployed and temporary foreign workers that come are employed. So everybody's contributing but the way they did the open door everybody bum rush. And over run the country. Our economy is now 60% dependent on people who aren't residents. They're temporary which means when they leave our fake economy is actually only built on 40% to 30% of Canadians. That's an economy that will crash because it's never supposed to be weighted that way, Canadians are supposed to be 60% to 70% of the economy and foreign workers are to be the rest. So we're in trouble when they finally go home, but they need to put a moratorium on PR's, Work permits, LIMA's, T.F.W's and restrict all educational institutions on how many Students they can accept so private schools don't scam students by taking their money then telling them they don't have a seat for them to attend class that is just criminal and do so untill end of 2025 and then review status again for 2026. So Canadians can have a shot at getting work and then slowly introduce them back in as needed for proper slow population growth and not just a free-for-all ability to work anywhere in the whole country. Major cities and everything like that. So people like me can finally get back to work.

No, because, what this really is, is a disgusting ploy by the NDP, Olivia Chow, Gord Perks, Andrea Horwath, Jagmeet Singh and many other groups, nonprofits and TCHC, ONPH, TDSB, TTC, who used the whole situation to force more funding and shelters and housing where their union members work; people really have no idea how bad these ghettos of TCHC/ONPH/NDP are; just look up Sunshine List and count the number of public and nonprofit agencies are on it; Kwame Addo, Susan Opler, John Kraljevic, Barry Thomas. Small country houses built and properly expanded do not have soup and at night they have to fight for survival on the streets again. I was in Turkey for 3 months and loved it! Istanbul was magical, and i loved how so many Muslims from across the Muslim world lived there. There were Libyan's, Syrian's, Bosnians, Afghans, Africans - very diverse! I stopped to pray in Ottoman era mosques for every salah and met wonderful Turkish brothers who invited me for soup, tea/coffee. Their hospitatlity is well known! The city never sleeps and every shop is open with families out and about, islamic shops selling Islamic clothing, halal food is nothing to think about again. The other good thing was that there was always something to do. Fajr at Aya Sofya, Juma at Sultan Ahmed mosque, a taxi to Eyub Sultan, then to a religious neighbourhood of Fatih, amazing architecture, great food, affordable and safe. The only negatives were traffic and pollution, but given Istanbul's population, that was understandable. It was also summer and peak season. Also, you can literally cross into Europe and then Asia by ferry. Its to die for. Other parts of Turkey are also great to visit. The blacksea cost is stunning as an example in point and more natural mountainous beauty over city living. Turkey is a great option if you haven't already thought of it and if youre a fan of Erdogan, its a good place to visit and invest in

You are wrong about Canada protecting and caring about homeless and in-need people. The reality is that even though you don't see all the homeless people, there are tens of thousands of them in each city, more so in the warmer climates. The UN has already been on Canada's back for the abuse of homeless people and the cruelty towards them and those with mental health problems. Canada is a fraud and has been deceiving immigrants and visitors for over a hundred years. Many of the homeless people in Canada, especially in the past 20 years and from the start of the pandemic, continuing to this day, are now including people with good educations and many years of high-level job experiences, as well as whole families. These people became homeless because of massive job layoffs and lost everything. Contrary to the popular Canadian ideology, homeless people are not lazy slobs who don't bother to work and need to get their acts together. Many of the homeless shelters are filled with dangerous people, bed bugs, and diseases. Many homeless people choose to find alternatives to sleep safely. Many homeless women experience terrible sexual assaults that rarely are reported and rarely ever taken seriously by the police. Most alternatives to shelters are limited and there are so many restrictions that qualifying doesn't always happen. Many have had their ID stolen, so they are unable to get jobs, rent homes, or even have a day to shower and clean their clothes. Most donations of clothes, blankets, and sleeping bags are disregarded because most homeless people don't have the means to carry things. Their nutrition is terrible, through no fault of their own. Many food banks will not give food to those without a home. Many soup kitchens will only help periodically and not for every meal. Canada's treatment of homeless people and mentally people is not just disgraceful, but criminal. The general attitude of many Canadians, as taught to them by deliberate government propaganda, is that if you are poor or were abused or a victim of crime, is that they did something to deserve it. Rents across Canada are beyond the reach of the majority of Canadians, yet, Canada refuses to set up a council house system like the UK. There are no emergency homes and no emergency assistance even close to what the UK and other countries across the world provide. Canada's continued abuse, ill-treatment, crimes against humanity, and genocide of the First Nations peoples is not a past history, but an ongoing history that is not about reconciliation. It is about shutting them up so that they cannot speak and get true justice, instead of just a federal government settlement of a meager amount that has only increased the addictions of victims, who have no one to help them or a place to turn. Canada lies about trauma help and treatment for people for having been victims, or have developed PTSD (this is a brain injury and only a mental health problem if the person becomes suicidal or is unable to do the basics of essential living), and worse, Canada lies about this in relation to kids. Alberta has a place that they claim is for treating trauma in kids. However, this place is nothing more than a low-level counseling center to reunite kids with their parents, who have been removed by law. Any child requiring help has to deal with just basic counselors, who are not trained in helping traumatized and PTSD kids. In relation to the First Nations peoples, if the teens have mental health issues, and if they have to be temporarily hospitalized by their parents, social workers and doctors will force joint custody with the parents, to treat the kids or remove them so they can carry on the government's crimes against the First Nations peoples. The crimes continue. In these past few months, a baby was left to die in a basket at a nurse's station in the Misericordia Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta. The mother was allegedly treated like garbage and her child was allegedly called a specimen. But this is not the only case of such abuse of First Nations pregnant mothers and their children. A case over a decade ago allegedly also took place, and the number of these cases in this hospital alone may possibly be much higher, and other hospitals may also be hiding such crimes. An infant, who was the victim of attempted murder by one or the other parent, was put in the care of relatives by social workers, who were totally unaware of the crime, but the one parent, who was put in the hospital's mental health unit, mentioned a version of what had happened, and when the relatives found out, they were allegedly reassured by the hospital that they would deal with the matter. The relatives believed, understandably, that the hospital would report the crime, but it never did. Allegedly the hospital covered up yet another crime. The police in the city, allegedly informed at some point, one of the relatives that no charges could be laid even if the child remembered as the Canadian health services do not believe that children below the age of 4 can remember anything. It was when I heard about this that I realized that the reason Canada has gotten away with the crimes against the 1st Nations, immigrants, Canadians, and who knows how many other victims, through the mandated alleged use of forced assimilation and the alleged Soviet-style education system, is because of this fake claim that children and even infants cannot remember things. This deliberate lie to those relatives allegedly by the police, shows clearly that Canada is following the dangerous path in a more stealthy fashion than the Nazis did to the Jews and others they rounded up, arrested, tortured, and/or eventually murdered. Your perceptions are limited by your obvious lack of real knowledge and real experience.
