Im just realizing i was either the worst store staff to managers but the best store staff to minorities--over the course of one year I asked one really old white lady if she needed help. I was a lazy teen i aint helping customers unless they ask me LOL

The officer should have remained calm if the couple has made some mistake or dont have a document. He would have valid reason for not giving the visa if asked why he did not give. Instead he got angry and behaved unprofessionally.
