I grew up in Brampton from 1985 to 2010. I watched it change. Not for the better. I got the hell out there and every time I go back to visit my fam, it's even worse. Almost never seeing any other race but Indian lol. It all has to do with Trudeau's dad designating that city as a go-to place for Indian migrants. The Trudeau's are part of the whole Satanic New World Order, and part of that order is using mass immigration as a weapon to destroy 1st world countries. His father started it back in the 70s. And yeah the driving is absolutely horrible. The car insurance skyrocketed. They destroyed the city I grew up in. It's a shit hole now. Many of them will tell you that India itself is a shit hole, but the more of them that come to Brampton, or wherever, they turn it into India. I don't consider it racism. It's their people but it's not like it's all of them, but it is a lot. From personal observance, they're the most unhygienic people I've ever met, and they love easy jobs the involve scamming others out of money. All of those scam callers are Indian. Nothing else. They have no dignity. No self respect. They just want money and don't care how to get it. I generally don't like them, but it's because of their negative behaviors. There are plenty of other races that come to Canada that people love. Have you ever heard of anyone complain about Filipinos? No. They're loved. They come here and know how to assimilate while keeping their own heritage intact in respect to our own. They're friendly, respectful, hygienic. Indian people just want to come here and make this place Indian and they have tons of kids, so that's exactly what's happening. Brampton was cooked years ago. It's just going to devour itself and fully become an extension of India, and it already has been spreading out from Brampton to the surrounding cities.

Us “old stock” Indians DO NOT WANT THIS BS HERE! Trudeau and his stupid Liberal policies WRECKED immigrations. Now Brampton and most of Canada is overrun with Punjabi “temp workers” “international students” “asylum seekers” etc. They have RUINED what used to be a nicely mixed city of Brampton. It used to be clean, friendly, safe….not anymore. I grew up Brampton all my life and I’ve never been afraid of going out in the evenings or to events, until the last 10 years happened, especially the last 7 years. These new Indian immigrants are NOT respectful, not clean, downright rude, they stare at you if you’re a woman, I mean STARE. Im the summers of you wear a dress or shorts (and you’re an Indian or brown girl) they will yell obscene things and stare you down, it’s disgusting.

I’m gonna comment here with a lil rant and I’m Indian woman, and I know my comment here would probably invite a lot of racist remarks . I am working very hard in my country to be a doctor and I wanna leave my country (because no opportunities ) and move to a better and a safer country where I’m respected as a woman , which my country fails to . Now , I have to give a lot of exams and fill up a lot of visa requirements to be in any better country and I’m absolutely fine with it . But I’m not fine with the fact that countries like Canada , Australia , uk etc are immigrating people from India who are not educated , don’t wanna assimilate, with very eased up visa requirements, easy pr facilities because these countries want cheap labor and when these bottom of barrel uneducated folks move to another country they do shady businesses , start making huge communities of similar people having similar views and this leads to chaos and a backlash , racism on a particular ethnicity, stereotypes and so and so . I’m not saying my people aren’t flawed , they are but why the government is so easy in immigrating uneducated uncouth people from 3rd world countries where even these people wouldn’t be hired in some great companies or give anything great to build a valuable society , why people who are talented and literally would assimilate, has respect , is educated literally would bring a change for better is sidelined or toughened up their immigration process ? I might come off as very rude and jealous by my comment and actually im kinda jealous but I really wanna know and I observed this pattern a lot . All educated people wanting to move out are struggling while these kinda are just migrating so so easily and most even have permanent residencies WHAT ???

I am an Indian and I would say Canada belongs to white people, and we should respect their social values. Canadians dont let Canada to turn into Punjab India or into any other country. Canada has a great culture. Preserve your culture Preserve your identity Canadian authorities and Native Canadians must make sure that strict civic sense to be followed by every immigrant.Make English language mandatory for every immigrant. Also every brown skinned is not Indians. Many Pakistani and Bangladeshi also tag themselves as Indians. And Indians who want to turn Canada like their homeland they please come back to India if you miss so much your country why to be in foreign land.

As a Canadian I’ll try and put this very politely and everything but I am friends with Indians that immigranted here 20+ years ago and the immigrants back then wanted to be Canadian and actually wanted to assimilate themselves in our culture the new round of immigration doesn’t do that they want to make Canada the new India they have no respect no care for the others around them and yes! They do smell not all of them but if it’s a smelly person in Canada 9/10 they are Indian that’s what I’ve seen obviously there is more but we just want them to want to be Canadians and not build your stupid praying status sorry I tried to be polite but this is something that has pissed me off more and more and people are finally talking about it

As a non Indian Canadian born and raised I’m disgusted where my country has gone. Our population has doubled since 1980, not by birth rate, but because of the amount of Indians that have immigrated here. Unfortunately, they have no desire to assimilate, they bring their own culture and they stay in their own communities. The government offers tax breaks for businesses, hiring foreign workers over people born in Canada, leaving the youth without any part-time work. On top of that some of my favourite restaurants growing up, I haven’t eaten at in years because it’s been taken over by Indians, the quality of food goes down, you end up getting food poisoning and if you aren’t in their community, you get worse service and get charged more than what an Indian would pay at the same restaurant. They don’t understand cleanliness or sanitation, they leave their garbage and waste on the street and dump it in random locations, and quite frankly have no respect for anyone who lives here or the country that has taken them in. I feel like a minority of my own country and I truly don’t understand what being Canadian means anymore because I’m pretty sure being Canadian is a thing of the past. Most of my friends have moved further north, to Vancouver island or moved out to the prairies to get away from them and higher prices as everything gets more expensive, thanks to our government, caring more about immigrants than citizens. When a family gets accepted to come here they bring their parents their aunts and uncles their brothers and sisters on temporary visas, they also collect social assistance as soon as they arrive and when their visas expire, they have no desire to go back, which has resulted in thousands of illegals remaining here. I mean I get it. Why would you go back when you’re getting treated better here and are given food, housing and an allowance every month but it’s gotten to a point where India outnumbers Canadians. I want them all sent back.

TFW completely destroyed the Canadian job market. Canadian companies would rather use the program than hire local Canadian workers or young workers who are looking for there first job opportunity and gain experience. I respect immigrants who come to Canada, contribute to the community and economy and are willing to leave their culture in the past and adapt to our culture and language. I don’t respect immigrants who refuse to adapt to our language and culture. You’re in Canada, it’s either English and French, stop speaking Punjabi everywhere because we all can’t stand it, especially in businesses. Canada has a major immigration problem at this point. It’s not racist when it’s true. The truth is on film and everyone sees it. Canadians deserve better than what is happening right now. All we want is opportunities and opportunities to buy homes and have families. But the Canadian government would rather bend over to the Punjabi’s. What a disgrace!!

As a Canadian I think immigration is a good thing, but the liberal government has completely broken that system. The people coming here do not assimilate into Canadian culture and they do not respect this country. This isn't the Canada I grew up in and it's not the Canada that I want to keep living in. I hope it will be fixed. I love Canada

Respect to the indian man who came as an RN and understood the problems with not working hard. He may have a rose-tinted view on Canada being no different than India, which is aproblem in itself, but the mindset is inherently what we want from our newcomers, and not just importing everyone from a hyper-specific area of another country in i.e. India. This is why selective immigration that has been done for years before Trudeau did wonders for this country. Very insightful. The race doesn't matter, the diversity we value is actually lost when you only import anything and don't vet anyone at all, it then becomes simply and factually non-diverse.

The problem is immigration back in day was a luxury in India so only riches made it outside and they were rich compared to others after independence because they were more pro british and served them. So it was easy for them to immigrate and assimilate into your culture. Now you see many poor people also immigrating because immigration became more accessible, its just like the touchscreen phones, before only rich people had them, but later and now everyone has it. Plus your overly liberal and the stupid point system lets anyone enter the country if they meet a specific criteria, they barely check their english, background, crime record, etc. Also, living in India is a survival, or a nightmare for short. Especially for the poor people in the up north, and so they go to these shady agents who claim that they can send him or her to Canada, UK, Australia where ever they want in exchange for some money. Sometimes these agents turnout to be scams and sometimes not, then these students apply to some fake university that has no campus in Canada and select a course thats easy. Then once approved they come to canada, don’t go to university and make some other indian friends who say they have contacts with some job providers and through that the students get their jobs at the fast food joints and shopping malls. The mindset with which these students come to Canada is that I want to get a simple job as soon as I land in Canada and through that job I can get a PR. They never go to assimilate or discover the culture, they come because the country looks nice, has resources, and will provide them with a good salary so that they send some money back home to their parents as compared to low paying jobs in India, which too are super competitive. They still like the indian way of life, the culture, the food, the attire, just not in India. Thats why you’ll never see these students eating at anything other than a Indian Punjabi Restaurant or a fast food joint, they will never make white friends, they will never try to change the way they speak and look at Canadians, they will never try to change their driving habits. In conclusion, more poor people and students migrating, paired with their mindset of “I want everything to be Indian just not in India but in a place that looks better” paired with their low interest in actually learning and working better jobs is what makes them a bad immigrant group. But thats not to say that all are like that its only some and mostly Punjabis/ other North Indians that have this mindset. The reason why the Indian group in USA is much better and successful is because they are mostly of south indian descent. Those people are far more educated, actually respect the law of the land. And fun fact: The stereotypical Indian Accent originated from USA mainly and reason why many indians say that they don’t speak in that accent is because that particular stereotypical accent is present in Indian people who come from the states of Andra Pradesh and Telegana, which is is where most of the Indians in USA are actually from. Sorry for the long ass comment and some writing mishaps, I really lose my writing quality when I’m writing long comments.

The same shit is happening in Aus! It's almost always those who migrated from the rural parts of a developing country who don't (want to?) assimilate well. This is why there should be a "check" to immigration. The honest, talented, hard-working immigrants, who get all my respect, looking to start anew get trampled, replaced by those disgustingly dishonest, visa dodgers at best.

I was in UK for 4 years and the reason I came back to India is there are just so many immigrants that locals their have developed an anti immigrants sentiment . You don't want to live in a place just for a bit more money where you don't feel you belong. I believe people should be free to go and work in any country but through legal channels and respect that country's culture and try to integrate

I came here 25 years ago from India. While growing up, I would go to the terrace of my home and turn the antenna to get Cbc at night. I watched Air Farce One, the green show, NFB and Cbc and was always fascinated with Canada. I knew then when I was 20 that I will make Canada home. I wrote my IELTS ENGLISH test, studied here with good grades. And I did. I have an amazing career and young kids. And I have loved everyday of it. I have watched rerun of trailer park boys about 10 or so times already, watched Corner gas, watch hockey, I have embraced the weather, the people and the values this nation stands for. I have travelled coast to coast and to the great north. Heck I have been to more places in Canada with my job than other Canadians who are born and raised here. Now all I see there these ignorant, entitled effs thinking they can come and change the way of life. Like how Don Cherry said, they want the milk and honey but won't respect the values. I am effing done with this immigration and the government. Steven Harper was the prime minister when I got my citizenship and it was the proudest moment of my life. I really hope Canadians wake up. I know exactly why the racism has gone up and I don't blame the Canadians at all. These clowns bought it on to themselves. I just had enough and wish things would back to how it was 20 or so years ago.

I’m a recent Indian immigrant and I’ve lived in Singapore, Malaysia, the USA, and now Canada. I’ll admit that a lot of what’s said here is true: there are far too many cases where Indians abroad show a lack of civic sense, break rules, or behave in ways that don’t respect the host country.  Personally, my family and I have always assimilated wherever we’ve lived, respecting local customs, following rules, and contributing positively to the community and I hate it when immigrants don't assimilate into the local culture and reside in their own enclaves, I mean what was the point of emigrating then?? I truly value the peace and order these countries offer, and I want to give that back. Every community has good and bad examples. The responsibility is on us as immigrants to lead by example, integrate genuinely, and show that we can be respectful, responsible citizens. That’s how perceptions change for the better. It sucks that a whole racial group can be disliked because of some bad apples — and in our case, unfortunately, there are quite a few.

Every one of you in Canada is an immigrant or descendant of an immigrant, so please don’t do to each other what they did to your grandfathers and grandmothers! Put yourself in the place of the person who just arrived and feel how much they are suffering to start a new life, find a new place, find furniture, change career and look for a new job, get the cultural shock and cold weather shock and learn how to survive the cold winter and learn a new language, and make new contacts, new friends and new families maybe… too much to handle while you are not giving a fuck about all his struggles but pushing him to change his culture automatically like if it’s magic and at the same time he is not aware why on earth is everyone against his religion or accent or way of thinking and your rejections towards them by showing clearly your attack towards them here online without shame! Those people who are escaping from wars or genocides or poverty to find a better opportunity to be able to feed their families abroad, you have no consideration for what brought them here or what they had endured and you want to let them endure more above their struggle to survive all the inconvenience in a capitalist frozen country! Please try to be nice to each other and teach one another how to live respecting one another boundaries and culture! a country with many nationalities is multicultural and multiculturalisme can’t exist with racism and discrimination. Keep the multiculturalism with the nice picture it holds which keep the country warm and colourful. Live in peace and love❤

Companies those employing more labor should be less taxed. BYE CANADIAN Only. HI TAX for imported goods. * Build thousands condominiums by government and rent them to low income people. Decentralized from major cities. * Lower the TAX like USA * Implement Health insurance like USA. Easy Medical loan who needed. * Women should be encouraged to take babies and raise kids for population growth. Increase child benefits and handsome pregnancy award to give birth. Maternity benefits for 3 years. * Culture is freedom of choice on one hand and it should be practiced in private places or in closed boundaries. There should not be any national culture or majority culture. All should respect each other and don't try to impose anything to others. So no public display or disturbances by culture issues. * Omitting bilingual system of English French. It's very stupidity. In office or workplaces ONLY English Please. Quebec only French. Not both. Government language only English. In private places you speak anything but outside only English. It could be broken English but English. It's important. The solutions are in front of us, government don't want to act

You guys can’t respect Canada and have the same values like Canada, wanting to change our wonderful country then please do Canadian a favor and go back to your country. I hate to see how our lovely country is going down hill because of the mistakes of our government not screening the immigrants coming to this country. We’re sick and tired of the mess this has done to our country. My son is almost 40, born in Canada and is facing the sane dilemma as our fellow Canadians. We must do some reform with our immigration.

As an immigrant who came to this country & fell in love with its culture 40 years ago, it's appalling to see how our beautiful first world country is quickly becoming a gutter. The newcomers these days are the privileged ones. All of us need to speak up, especially those of us immigrants who retain our original accents &/ non-white because our white fellow Canadians are accused of being racist whenever they do (though many could learn to be more eloquent. ie. go back to your country does NOT help)! I see it as my Canadian duty to remind "misbehaving" newcomers the reason they left their country in the first place. ie. You chose Canada for a better life, so why try to change it into the one you left? ie. Help me understand your logic? Why not leave your hate & war at the border; just like normal folks won't bring stinky garbage into their new homes. Life is challenging enough when you uprooted to a new country (especially our unforgiving cold Winter). So, just focus on the positive things in your new country & leave all your miseries behind... ie. Learn to adapt & enjoy your new country. Canada is a great country because of the love & effort of those before you, so now you are the beneficiary. Join the legacy by enhancing this beautiful country & its culture, so you can pass on this century old legacy for later newcomers to enjoy, like you do now. What dignity do you have & what kind of life lessons to your children by bullying your culture & religion into Canada at the expense of other Canadians? This will fracture Canada if everyone does that. Do you want this country to become so fractured & terrible that your descendants have to leave for a better country, like you did? Is that what your religion teaches you? Does it state it's perfectly fine to satisfy all your whims & wishes at the expense of others? Are you striving for Canadians to think badly of your race/culture? Are you being a good ambassador to your race/community/culture/religion? Canadians are so friendly & helpful, if you need help, just ask, please don't demand. Learn the language & it's ok to speak broken/pigeon English with gestures to communicate. No one expects you to be an English scholar; you gain respect for trying. Apply some basic Canadians manners, which goes a long way... Please & Thank You, Smile doesn't cost you anything, besides it's good exercise for your facial muscles. I worked my entire career with the public, I very seldom encounter negative feedback when I do the above. If they get nasty, I tell them that's definitely not the Canadian way to make friends & wish them Good Luck! I also make a point in telling the wealthy ones "Tax Avoidance is legal (I'm more than happy to show them), but Tax Evasion is not! Then reminding them....Canada will be bankrupt eventually if everyone don't pay their fair share of taxes. ie. You may not suffer, but your children/grandchildren will. Worst Case scenario, you didn't get the necessary medical care when you most needed it!!! We should lobby for a mandatory course that all newcomers have to take & PASS a test about Canadian culture & expectations. If they fail, no citizenship for sure! But that would be another hornets nest because our parliament will debate over definition of "Canadian Culture" for decades. Welcome to Canada!😂

I have all evidence and receipts saved. How do you implode a nation, crash an economy, make citizens reliant on govt for everything… why bring in millions of immigrants and put their needs first. You can go to any city or town in Canada now. It’s hard to find a Canadian working. In Canada we have foreign workers programs that allows businesses to hire foreigners and the liberal federal govt pays 1/3 of these foreigners salaries. So of course any business like retail or restaurant’s biggest overhead is labour costs so if they can save like $6.00 an hour on every employee why wouldn’t they opt in for that. I also did a very deep dive into the voters in Canada. At least 4.5 million out of the 8.5 million voted the Carney liberals got in April 2025 were immigrant votes. That’s why Carney and liberals pander to the gigantic Muslim population in Canada. Muslims, Chinese, Indians from India, Ukrainians, Filipinos they all pretty much vote liberal. There weee over 100 Muslim groups that told their Muslim community to only vote for candidates that support Gaza Muslims and Palestinians. How is that not election interference. We know the Chinese directly interfere in our elections by threatening Chinese Canadians to vote liberal or their families in China will be harmed or they will be harmed inside Canada. In June Carney said Muslim values are Canadian values. Either this clown has no idea how radical Islam is or he knows and just panders for votes. Liberal cabinet ministers Anita Anand and Melanie Joly they both openly campaigned saying they must support Palestine because they both have large Muslim populations in their respective ridings. Over half of the liberal voter base is foreign now. I started in 2019 telling the federal conservatives look the liberals are importing new liberal voters. The party needs a strategy to win over the immigrant vote. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. Bit of the conservatives refuse to pivot we will never see another federal conservative govt in our lifetimes. It’s not racist it’s the truth. We need a foreign registry act to kick out foreign entities that harass bully and threaten immigrants in Canada to bend the knee or else. If we have 100 Islamic groups telling their community it’s yo only vote one way charge them with election interference. We need electoral reform badly in Canada. We need to end all immigration to Canada for at least 5 years maybe even 10. We need to deport those here illegally. No more fake asylum claims. This country can still be saved but we need immigrants on board to help save it. We need to remove broadcasting licenses of mainstream media networks that lie and bash conservatives. That’s deliberate political interference. It’s time we enforce the law. No more hate speech or hate crimes against any community especially the Jews. Deport these ppl back to Gaza if they are here on visas or revoke their citizenship and send them packing. We need ICE in Canada like they have in America. It’s long over due. If we get a hold of our borders and we stop the drugs we would have a new trade deal with Trump tomorrow. DOING GROCERY DELIVERY FOR THRIFTY FOODS, THE FIRST DAY ON THE JOB I HURT MY BACK ON THE L4-L5 VERTEBRAE, THE PAIN WAS SO HORRIBLE THAT IT RENDERED ME UNABLE TO WALK, I TRIED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AT THE JIMMY PATTISON PAIN CLINIC AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT 8 MONTHS, MY PAIN WAS SO HORRIBLE, I COULDN'T EVEN WALK TO THE BATHROOM WITHOUT SCREAMING FROM THE PAIN... THE MEDICAL SYSTEM IN BC IS SO F'N BROKEN ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY!!! SO MANY OF OUR DOCTORS AND NURSES HAVE MOVED TO THE STATES BECAUSE OUR GOVERNMENT IS TOO F'N CHEAP TO PAY FOR GOOD QUALITY CANADIAN CARE WHAT THE HELL IS THIS COUNTRY COMING TO???? I immigrated to Canada in 2020 during peak COVID. I lost my job working in the Middle East and I had my PR so it made sense moving to Canada for good. I’m a chemical engineer who worked in oil and gas for about 10 years in the Middle East. Once I landed in Canada, I went to work in Amazon Fullfillment Centre the week after I completed my quarantine. It was hard labor working for $16 per hour in Toronto. I worked for 10 months while working on my qualifications and engineering license. After that I was hired by an oil and gas contracting company and worked as a Trainee engineer after which I was promoted to Senior engineer in a year after I received my engineering license. I moved 4 cities in 4 years for my job. Now I am settled, own a home, got married to my long time girl friend and work at an Oil and Gas company which pays well. What I learnt through my experience is that Canada is a land of opportunities and people respect you for the work you do whatever it may be and do not judge you, all that we will have to do is work hard and improve on your skills. Integrate with the society, donate and volunteer. That’s how new immigrants can integrate. If you aren’t open minded and want to stay as you stayed in your country then you will not develop and it will hinder yours and the country’s progress.

I heard why the government did the immigrants wrong. I was talking to an uber driver and my pharmacist. They told me the promises of luxury in Canada has and offered for them to live a better lives. They didn't know after they came here for work and or college/university they become in major debt. They said that they're in a luxury debt and never getting out of debt knowing that they're stuck in Canada and can't be allowed to leave unless they pay off the debts. That's 100 % wrong to do that to people when they know they don't feel welcomed and want to go home. I'm a metis Canadian and I had to leave Ontario to find affordability and miss my home. GOVERNMENT THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU KNOW IT! Let them go home in debt. You made this mess. FIX IT! Including the baby boomers that made the problem started 8 % rate interests to buy houses. That was a mistake that should be bought 1 house and nothing else. I forgot to add something. The uber driver told me that india doesn't know that it's a debt luxury trap that you can't leave unless you pay your debt. He felt alone and found some people and the internet to make himself feel better temporary. TEMPORARY! He hates it here, but he respects Canadians. He feels sorry for the new ones that are coming to become debt trap. It's the same for the pharmacy. She got into college to be a pharmacy and bought the store. She is on low income but doesn't qualify for any supports like benefits to pay off her medical things. The reason she can't because they'll see the pharmacy store is income. Wait what? So she doesn't quilify for benefits because she's making income to pay off her massive loan to do her job. It's not enough to live by as what she told me. She also does misses home, but also traped in luxury debt. This is what I have learned so far. I went through a car accident and coudln't get out of the car. I thought in Brampton, Ontario was the rudest people on the planet, but was saved by the angels of indian people saved me out of the vehicle from the smoke. I still thank you! There is still good people out there and some are stupid people out there. Keep it up because being kind gets you to be positive to others and make things better when the world is fcked right now.

My grandfather fought in wwII. It's sad but I'm so happy he is not here to see what has become of this country he fought and risked his life for. Its so pathetic . I feel very sad because, in the end, all immigrants end up paying the price for the bad attitudes of a few. I speak especially from the perspective of Latin American immigrants: we are not the majority in Canada, but we come with the intention of adapting, of including ourselves in the local culture, and of contributing the best we can. What hurts is seeing that some other groups arrive with a different attitude: instead of integrating, they want to impose their culture, their religion, even their body odors, and if you make a face or express discomfort, they immediately take it as “discrimination.” It is not fair that, for example, my child should stop bringing meat in his lunch just because another child bullies him saying he is “a filthy sinner.” Inclusion should be mutual, an effort on both sides, not a one-sided demand.

I'm Canadian. I've spend my entire adult life involved with everything immigration. I have no problem with immigration which to me is people moving. It offers great people and great things. I have a problem with women and children abused, in violence and almost killed and our resources which are suppose to help protect the men coming here doing this because as immigrants they have value and so support anything they do to innocent people here because they have more worth as human beings than people born, raised and who lived here all their lives. The truth is, the very characteristic that made Canada so loved internationally is being used against us. I work in construction and can confirm a lot of the big companies have been exploiting this system to cut costs because they get hand outs from the government to offset the wages of these foreign workers. \n1. There are some good people who are foreign workers who do good work and want to integrate into our culture, but there are many who do not respect our customs/culture and do shoddy work.\n2. Every single country has the right to accept or deny anyone wanting to enter their country based on their own criteria. Travelling to a country is luxury and living & working there are privileges! I’ve had the privilege to work and live for 2 years in India and I’ve respected every single procedure I had to go trough, I had all my papers, I respected the country and culture, did my job as good as I could, stayed out of trouble and went back home when it was time to do that. Just like India has the right to set its immigration rules as strict as they want in order to protect their sovereignty so does any other country on the face of the planet earth! As a Brit I know many decent integrated Indians here. But none of them are recent arrivals. Older immigrants were respectful and wanted to be British and adopt British ways. But newer immigrants act as if we owe them something while acting in disrespectful dirty disgusting ways. For example in India I have to use Indian toilets as Indians do. I don’t pretend I don’t understand how to use them, I don’t need instructions on the door and I don’t break the toilet by standing on it, shytting up the walls and all over the floor and leave it there like that’s normal. I’ve worked in offices where this was routine when Indian contractors were brought in. Integrated Indian men seem to take great pride in dressing smartly and smelling good. But it’s really common for Indians to smell REALLY BAD. Poor personal hygiene plus excessive amounts of Indian food (you’re abroad ffs try some different food!) creates a truly vile odour. Some Indian men also think it acceptable to stare at and harass British girls (although to be fair they do not have as bad a reputation as their neighbours) they are also rude and racist to white people especially women. Some Indians in 2025 still seem to think they’re living under the Raj and Britain is ‘oppressing’ them. They’re not and we’re not. The empire brought benefits to India and left peacefully over 70 YEARS ago. We don’t owe you ANYTHING. This victim mentality means India will NEVER be a proper first world country. You can flood the world with sheer numbers but you will never be respected or improve the world in any way, you will only ever leech off the invention of others. I do not mean to disrespect the many decent Indian people I’m just telling the truth. As a culture your presence outside of India is negative because of the way so many Indians act, trying to create India wherever they go. And they have the cheek to say this is ok because they got colonised. WELL SO DID WE! That is the truth.
