What an impressive speech! Go Canada! ?

He kept a cool head when DT described it as the 51st U.S. state, with the intention of annexing Canada.\n\nThe fact that he will leave his post as prime minister in a few days has allowed him to speak without complex and without restraint, but also influenced by the serious threat to the country and its economy. He leaves with his head held high with a speech that will go into history, it will be part of his legacy.\n\nThe comments are complimentary of Canada, and it is true that they are kind, caring and welcoming people. To be part of it for 40 years, I am currently impressed by the solidarity of the people who boycott American products in supermarkets. They do not do it to harm the Americans they appreciate (spend their holidays at home) but to punish DT for his arrogance and lies. Human stupidity has no nationality.

So for everyone fawning over Trudeau's ability to be articulate, that is impressive to you only because the U.S. has had a piece of steamed broccoli named Biden as a figure head for the last 4 years.\nI can't say I understand Trump's strategy with respect to Canada, but I absolutely know that Trump is no Socialist like Trudeau is. I am happy to wait and see how this shakes out because Trump has been right on so, so many things. No one is perfect, not Trump and not Trudeau. Maybe it's not about drugs. Maybe Canada could offer to go back to respecting individual liberties and free speech in return for the elimination of U.S. tariffs. Sounds like something Trump would agree to.

This speech is unbelievable impressive!!!! Wish there would be more guys like Mr Trudeau, his words got me 100% and I hope something or somebody stops this crazyness and incompetence of this so called President of the US. It is really sad and insane what‘s going on between the US and their allies. Greetings and good vibes from Germany!

Wow, a truly impressive speech! Thank you so much for standing up against the bullying Trump-administration. These dangerous clowns are about trying to dismantle democracy and freedom all over the western world.\nMe and my family were planning to visit USA for vacation this summer. After the shameful White House -meeting last Friday these plans were immediately abandoned. We now decided that we are going to Canada instead. \nGreetings from Switzerland
