With legalized abortion and many divorces, immigration is extremely vital today

I know that in Alberta girls and women can have 4 abortions each on the tax payer healthCare. My dear lady that said she has to wait over a year for a surgery youneed now. Just add all the women that areof legal age and times it by four and you'll get a small fraction of where our Canadian babies are, no longer apart of our families. I believe that many of our Provenances participate in this abominations. The clinics are called Family Planning Agency. I don't know if you realize this but our votes in Canada only count if you are voting for the Governmental in the're plans!!!

I worked as a nurse in Florida when I first graduated. It was devastating to see how stressed people were about being hospitalized because they knew how their life finances were going to be wiped out. In Contrast Canadian patients only need to concentrate on being well again. \nWomens rights are being rapidly eroded in America. Childbirth is covered in Canada,abortions are legal and women get 1 year of paid maternity leave.\nOur children don’t have to participate in active shooter drills because of our tight gun laws. Our taxes are higher but the social networks are covered by these taxes. \nThe Canadian way of life is generally ,slower and ,I find, more accepting of immigrants, LGBTQ folks, and marginalized people.\nPersonally I moved back to Canada because I missed the change of seasons and the slower pace. I enjoyed my time living in America and have many fond memories of the time I spent there.Moving back to Canada was the right move for me

What about the immigrants that have been working and contributing and trying to get citizenship for decades and the spouses of American citizens still fighting for their right after paying taxes for many years - are we raiding all families homes and splitting up kids from parents? Did we ever find the families for the 800+ kids that had no details taken still unable to contact families that trump split them from the first time? Or does that not matter cause it’s not YOUR kids? When they come and create the detention camps and ship people back to places they haven’t been in decades who cares right they have been paying American taxes and have no rights while their years of waiting for their citizenship - fix that maybe so those who are working, contributing can stay and work in the jobs they have and keep families together. But no let’s demonise EVERY single person because most who voted are ignorant just like abortion about the actual application and situations that arise within a MASSIVE spectrum. Just dumb it down to ANY illegal, and does that also include the legal folks that GOP decide aren’t anymore just cause they came from elsewhere on an invitation? People of Yemen, Syria, Palestinian civilians, Israel hostages, lgbtq+ communities, non white Christian faith followers, blended families, veterans, minorities or anyone fleeing violence, death or persecution - there will be no aid or help by the GOP Trump administration and in fact I fear you will be targeted by hate and ignorance or selfishness and greed. But I hope enough columns of good remain to shield as many as possible from what is in their plans. When will we realize that the underlying reason worldwide for problems with immigration is that we are victims of our own reproductive success-too many people on earth for the amount of available resources? As a Canadian. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how you read that line about that woman who didn't like her woman rights being actively stripped from herself and did NOT comment a word on that. And you completely jumped over the other comment saying she didn't want to be forced to gestate a foetus.\n\nWhat I think about that is Pro-life movement should shut the hell up, live and let live. If you want to rise like 8+ kids because you like unprotected sex with you other half and some of em require medical or special attention and you end up living for 1 of the flock rather than with your family, that is not a choice anyone should be able to force down anyone else's throat.\n\nIt's utterly disgusting then to have to face the judgement of people you love because an abortion had to be proceeded.\n\nToo many people are trying to enthrust their ideology onto other people's lives over which they shouldn't.\n\nAnd yea the gun culture where everyone has access to buy a gun from a normal store and its legal and then you litterally have the firepower to shoot the cashier in the face is nonsense to me. School shootings but also being shot by an afraid fella who carriedls a gun.\n\nI'd want to go get some vacations in the US but I wouldn't be safe for my 4 kids, not for a second.

There are so many more differences. Like there is no capital punishment in Canada, it is almost impossible to buy a handgun in Canada, Canada's head of state is the King, the metric system is mostly used in Canada, cannibis is legally sold in Canada, dental care is free for low income children under 18, abortions are totally legal in Canada, etc, etc
