As a Canadian, I work in healthcare in the disability sector, and I am extremely frustrated with what I am seeing the Indian population taking over the sector. There are ongoing issues with Indians who cannot communicate clearly in English with clients. This has resulted in serious confusion and, on several occasions, situations escalating into violence. Clear communication is essential in healthcare, and this failure puts vulnerable clients at risk. Clients are not being provided with proper meals that meet their dietary needs. Instead, food is often prepared without consideration for the client’s usual diet, which has caused clients to become physically ill. On top of that, basic food safety practices are not being followed at all. To make matters worse, the company does not provide proper foodsafe training, despite it being a legal requirement. There are also major professionalism issues. Some Indians arrive late to work—sometimes by hours—and give excuses with no consequences. I have documented these incidents and reported them to upper management, yet nothing is done. During shifts, 90 percent of Indian staff sit in the office for long periods, leaving clients unattended except for basic cooking. This can go on for days until white staff are scheduled. One incident that really stood out involved a client returning from a doctor’s appointment. When I asked how it went, I was told the client “had something on his head” and needed to use a cream. When I asked what the condition was or whether it was contagious, the Indian staff member did not know what the word contagious meant let me remind you I work in health care. I later learned from the client’s mother that it was a fungal infection information that should have been clearly communicated immediately for everyone’s safety. I am exhausted by the lack of standards, accountability, and training in this workplace. If you are going to work in healthcare in Canada, you must be able to communicate effectively, follow food safety laws, show up on time, and provide proper care. Lowering standards for the Indian population puts vulnerable people at risk, and management allowing this is unacceptable. If your coming to Canada follow are values and beliefs are stay in India.

Thank you for this report on Brampton. For context, I am a 4th generation Canadian, my ancestors immigrated here a few years prior to confederation in 1867. I have worked in the tool and die industry for decades and many of my associates work for or manage tool and die businesses in Brampton. Everyone in Brampton knows what is changing there. When I try to explain to my friends that what is happening in Brampton is not balanced, they do not understand, they think I am a racist. I told them that my Indian friends in Brampton feel the same way I do. They look at me like a deer in the headlights. Nothing has turned me against a politician so vehemently as Justin Trudeau's management of immigration. The man had no idea how to effectively manage immigration in a way which would integrate people into a culture and society such as Canada. That certainly is not creating a microcosm of one nation in a city.

I wouldn't like immigration to my country too and seing my way of life change...but we should give credit to the Sikhs who feed people free of charge...i experienced their generosity way back in 2005 in London when my friend took me along to a gurdwara,my first time . Only my friend and I were paying CAD 1,000 per month to study, while everyone (refugees) paid nothing to study and received CAD 500 per person, plus rent.

I'm Canadian. I've spend my entire adult life involved with everything immigration. I have no problem with immigration which to me is people moving. It offers great people and great things. I have a problem with women and children abused, in violence and almost killed and our resources which are suppose to help protect the men coming here doing this because as immigrants they have value and so support anything they do to innocent people here because they have more worth as human beings than people born, raised and who lived here all their lives. Two lives viciously destroyed to protect someone sick with hate who is chronic woman hater and abuser but he must be respected for it. As someone immersed all their life in "culture" domestic violence is not culture as in immigration it's abuse and a crisis brought here and then force by law respect for it when it is already here bc it is a planet problem. For people without a lifetime of knowledge you would be shocked if knew what people think and say about us living here and what they believe from complete ignorance. It is a belief everything is owed to make lives bigger and better for them above everyone else bc they suffered somewhere else but the assumption is every person in Canada had the opportunity born here that all people should be rich and if anyone is under that standard they deserve nothing and it should be given to everyone coming in. Um so tired of going to a store all immigrants working. Make a phone call it's answered by an immigrant. You can't understand them . I love on ccpd I don't get old age pension yet. They even have an advertisement in the emergency room in their language with all the Indian drs working there. Wtf is going on. I'm tired of seeing these people. They are opening businesses here. Everything you see now is written in English, French and Indian. They call it our third language now. There are building going up that have only immigrants in them. A d I live in a small town but the city. Come on. They stopped saying the Lord's prayer in schools. They can't say Merry Christmas. Christmas concerts are called Holliday concerts now. Our kids don't know the national a them they stopped that. They don't know the Lord's prayer they stopped that. The schools are changed to not make other nationalities feel bad. My Granparents, parents, settled the homestead in 1896 near Rossland BC. How it used to work, how things are supposed to work, is the Government serves the needs and demands of the people. The people don't serve the Government nor any Corporation or Public/Private Partnership. This means that the Government doesn't prevent people from doing what they do and they don't use force to extort the fruit of everyone's labor to the point of enslavement. In 1896 and throughout my Grandfather's life from 1902 to 1976, one would do for themselves if they weren't working for someone else. In other words, you found something needed be done, something the community around you required or was lacking, you opened shop and got after it. You can't work today because you require licensing for everything, you require permission for everything, everything is regulated. People have it in their minds that it's so much better today then it was then, that it's "safer". But it's not, that's a lie. My family, although never wealthy, ate good food, always had a roof over their heads, plenty of family around and always had something to do or at least could always find something to work at. Most importantly, they always had hope because they had freedom. No one has any hope anymore and the people coming here aren't just bringing their culture to overtake our culture, they are coming with anger. With envy, resentment and malice. My family didn't come here with those things, they came to Canada with hope and determination to integrate and prosper with freedom. The other side of my family fled Bolshevism when they left Russia and came here and that side had the exact same hope in freedom to work hard and prosper. Now all generational wealth, freedom, prosperity and hope is all but completely stolen. We don't need more regulations. We don't need more benefits. We don't need more Government. There's always something that comes along. With family you have human resource, a plethora of skills and you have your "insurance", free of extortion. Everything that comes from a government is conditional and sooner or later their conditions rule over our condition, even though it's our labor that provides for them. The answer isn't more benefits, as I've said. The answer is simply less government, so we can all get to the business of providing for ourselves and helping our communities prosper. We need to do this with family because alone, we are all isolated and powerless. No one stands alone and a house divided cannot stand.

The sad reality is that if our government wasn't taxing our young Canadians to death from the moment they get started at attempting to build a future for themselves, the young Canadians would actually be putting thought into having children and starting families. But the reality is they can't afford it and everyone knows that our young Canadians don't make the list of government handouts. As a child immigrant to Canada, I am absolutely disgusted with what we've turned into and how easy it is for today's immigrants to come here, it's like spitting in the faces of immigrants like my parents and many others who had to work their asses off to be here and make a life for themselves and their kids. Every older generation immigrant I have spoken with says they feel like all of their sacrifice was for nothing. When we immigrated here, we kept our traditions, but we also embraced Canadian traditions and I passed our traditions onto my child, but she was raised Canadian and she embraces both.
