Called a police a women with a heavy Indian accent picket up, complained that my language isn't clear enough and that I have to find somebody to help me communicate with her and hung the phone.\n \nHere I am a tourist feeling absolutely safe in a country where my backpack is stolen and I am being bullied by the policewoman. \n\nAt this point a country Kenya has higher percentage of English speakers than Canada. ?\nWill I visit again, no thank you.

A fence of some kind might cut down on crossings at this point. Maybe not everywhere, but perhaps help allocate funding from police operations to administrative operations to cut down on those wait times.
