True words. All respect to Canada ?? and Mr Trudeau from Germany ??

Mr Trudeau what Trump is doing to Canada is part of his vengeance tour. You didn’t show him the respect he thinks he deserves ?! He doesn’t care who he hurts including the US who he claims to make great again.

Dear Canada. We the people the good citizens of these divided states do not condone what trump is putting your country and the rest of the world through! More than 80% of us hate trump and his evil lawless deeds! We are no longer free here! We are under the thumbs of an evil dictator and his panzy the riches man in the world! They are destroying this country bit by bit and quickly! They and the republicans in congress have sided with them! I’m am saddened that you great friends and all citizens are no facing his dictatorship follies! trump is not American! He never has been! Musk worked his magic with skylink and stole the votes from the democrats! Erased millions of our votes east as pie! I respect mr trudou and we hear his plea! His sorrow and I hope he and all who read this in Canada realize that the hood American here never wanted this but we can’t stop him with the way he and our judicial system is erasing our constitution! It’s eroding daily as if it never existed!! We are truly sorry for the pain he’s putting you through! Know that the 80 percent of Americans still stand with Canada Mexico Ukraine the EU and the rest of the world he’s punishing ?

Okay okay Mr. Prime Minister Trudeau, you have got my respect back as I see where your loyalty lays and that is with Canada. Well done sir and well articulated. I have never been so disgusted in a leader as I am with Trump and his people including his goofball sidekick.

Well said. I love the USA, I have relatives who live there and in all the years of a beautiful relationship with the people of America I have never seen this situation. Mr. Trump you seem to want to conquer and divide relationships at any cost, even with people who care about you. You sabotage yourself and those who are loyal to you. I'm not sure if you understand the implications of your decisions. But I will say respectfully, there are no winners in a trade war, nor is it you that has the final say on the worlds outcome. This is God's world not yours and not ours. I'm really disappointed to see American people and Canadians hurting because of whatever the point of all of this means. But Canada is strong and we will stand up for our country. The American people are strong and they were strong before you became the President. Working together, we can take care of each other for our families and our country.

I truly hope we all come out of these trying times alive and well, both sides of the Atlantic and beyond. The only chance we have is to stand together.

The speech of Mr Trudeau, the way Canadians have shown solidarity for one another, today it all puts my country, The US, to shame. I am ashamed of what my government is doing and I am disgusted with the people doing it. In Mr Trump’s first term, as eclipsed as they were by the many many many actions and attitudes he imposed on us that embarrassed and hurt us as a country, there was the rare occasional decision I could at least understand even if I did not support it. Since taking office literally not one thing he has done has made sense to me as an American. I can only say how sorry I am for what the country I love is being used to do to you all, especially our closest allies and friends and in particular the people of Canada today. I grew up in Commerce Twp Michigan. I visited Canada regularly and, even as crime from Detroit poured across the border into Canada, Canadians always treated us with respect and welcome. I never imagined that would stop but now I find it hard to imagine how it might continue and it breaks my heart.

The world respects Canada and this Scot is disgusted with Mr Trump's antics.

Mr. Trudeau mentions there's no drug problem, how can you say this. Fentanyl has been coming through your boarders. This Must stop. Your Ally who offers security for Canada should be respected . Gotta disagree w/ Mr. Trudeau on one point, when he says Trump is 'very smart'--NO. Otherwise, Trudeau's speech was spot-on, and I love and respect Canada even more now. Most of us Americans cannot be proud of our country; we are held captive by a wannabe dictator and his stooges who are self-serving, vindictive, and UNpatriotic! To gather some semblance of sanity, I am taking the family on a Canadian Rockies tour in late spring--am tempted to not return home again.

In My 50 years of life I have never seen such a diplomatic failure. Canada, UK, Australia and the Eu have been our closest allies since ww2 and Mr. Trump is his maga disciples are heading towards what the Soviet Union and the old Warsaw pact countries couldn't do in over 50 plus years. Canada Stand strong, France and the Eu Stand strong, UK and Australia nothing but love and respect from a disgusted American citizen. Hopefully democrats can flip the house or the senate in a couple years, or some republican senators will get some intestinal fortitude to at least stalemate the senate to turn the madman into an essential lame duck president. At the point no white house representation is better then what Trump has in store. President Zelesky all the respect in the world, you're what a leader should be, and hopefully your true world leader friends will stand for what's right. Love and respect and apologizes to Nato Eu Ukraine and Canada. A majority of Americans are absolutely disgusted by what this country has turned into.

I applaud our Prime Minister for holding his ground amidst internal turmoils. As an American that saw the writing on the wall 7 years ago and left, I thank you Mr. Trudeau. You, and Canada are very much respected, and the world listens. Hopefully, decent Americans will overthrow the tyrant that 50% of them voted him in. To say I am ashamed of the USA as it stands is AWAY underwhelming. Well done Mr. Trudeau, he is no longer Prime Minister of Canada. He can express his thoughts openly and honestly. Without harming relations between our countries, he can put diplomacy aside, while expressing himself in a respectful manner. Ukrainians must fight against an invader and put their lives in danger. Our invader is purely economic. Let us hope that all Canadians will show as much determination and respect for moral principles. Not to bow to a lawless mentality.

Mr. K.Mukherjee .BE (Germany ) (Canada) Thousands of Indian students went to Canada with a student visa, not for education but to find ways to stay and work.These Five Eyes countries are rejecting the visas at random.Don't try to blame ,rather try to teach these young people the basic moral education and polite behaviour to others and not to try from the back door.Without any legal Immigration papers ,there will be no survival in Canada.Try to bring back the respect from the others.Please don't repeat the fifth largest economy in the world over and over.This will not change a dime about the notion to the developed countries.

I don't care what anyone says, but Indian people, particularly (Punjabs) don't like to mixed with other cultures at all. They don't integrate with the Canadian lifestyle. They don't worked very hard, they are rude, they have no respect for other nationalities, racist as fuck, and the list goes on. I have been living in Canada for 34 years and I have never once felt isolated. Now, I feel like Canada has become India. I'm sorry, Trudeau have turned this Canada into a 3rd world Country. I missed Canadians! I don't have an issue with immigrants at all; as I am an immigrant myself from the Carribean. However, I have always respected Canadian culture and their laws. I'm sorry, India is the number one hated Country on the planet as we speak. England, Australia, & many other countries are not allowing Indian students to enter anymore. The proof is in the pudding! They are just bringing all their bad habits wherever they go. So it's not only Canada that's fed up, there are lots of Countries that cannot stand their attitude and erratic behavior. They have very low standards if you ask me.\n\nI can't wait for the day to see Canadians working the fast food &service industry again. No offense, but I rather be served by Canadians than Indians. Those Indians crossing the borders & entering the USA ??, illegally are not poor. They are just greedy and do not respect any laws, either in India, or in the countries they migrate. They are a law unto themselves. \n\nAnd it is strange to note that Indians from the state of Gujarat do this, inspite of it being the state of the PM, Mr. Modi. Gujarat, in fact, is a well developed state.\n\nAnd it is the same with the Punjabis also, though Punjab is economically a poor state. \n\nAll these illegal immigrants bring disrepute to legal & law abiding Indians. \n\nBut, this trend will never end, unless the countries, where they are migrating illegally take stern action (the USA ?? and Canada ??).
