Do the people of USA even have the slightest clue how the country looks like to the whole world for so many years? Amerika used to be THAT country everyone wants to go to finally see it. Now it’s the least interesting place in the world I want to be.

If somone enters canada from the USA then its upto canada to stop them from entering, not the USA. Never lived there but I drive through alot. California used to be alot nicer but even in its prime its a waistland 3rd world country compared to canada. Texas was horrible. Everyone is rude and stupid. I understand the lack of education but even the people in charge are very simple minded and it's very rare to meet a beautiful woman. Everyone is plastic or too skinny and gross to look at. It's nice to live next door and drive through on my way to the pow wows. I would never move there. Unless canada makes more then 2 genders! Wow the comments are really making me feel not alone. I came in Germany five years ago, learned the language perfectly, finished my Masters after dealing with unbelievable stress with Ausländeramt, got a job finally in a IT field, will receive my unlimited residence soon, and im looking forward to live in another country in Europe or in the world. Beyond good and evil, Germany (neither the state nor the people) will not reward you as an immigrant even if you do your best.

Wow, so very much of what you said is exactly the same for me. I also have been researching and for years about other countries and the possibilities to live in another country. I have lived in several-working, studying and travelling and have recently chosen what I hope is my long-term country. I will share that I have learned not to say permanently because things can change and quickly-Thailand and income tax, Turkiye and cost of living, Cambodia and corruption and crime, etc. All the best to you and I am looking forward to hearing all your thoughts and decisions. Interesting. My brother lived in Alaska for 15 years. He was born and raised in this country and he's white. He rode his motorcycle to Alaska from the lower 48 where he had it stored. The Canadians made him unpack his entire motorcycle, looked through all his things before they let him drive through their country going to Alaska and that wasnt the only time. They did it every time! But yet these people can just cross over into their country to come her AND WE JUST LET THEM IN. wow is all I can say. Why do we even have borders. Wow any idea why people are crazy to enter canada bcoz standard of livibg is good in your country and any idea how much cost it occurs to stay and study in canada i am not good in conversions but lemme tell u its very very high people literally sell everything they have in india to go and study there now just assume why do people sell like crazy people just to study i mean think about it bcoz of PR they sell like crazy if they can invest that amount in india they can get a degree from good universities in india and good jobs but if the same amount is invested in canada the standard of living will improve by obtaining canadian citizenship now if u r sane person think about it its all about standard of living and its not crime to look for better life and at the start of applying in universities of canada a job and PR were available as options so indians applief there with that intention now if u change those rules overnight the money we invested is just thrown into dustbin and i dont know why people think its wrong things to even protest on that if u hate immigration that badly dont show ur anger on indians or other immigrants show that anger on ut government for showing us indians a better future and allowing us indians to enter ur country legally with PR in future prospect Nd why do u think even after such outrage on immigration canada yet allows immigrants bcoz its simple people spend like crazy for such oppurtunities and canada has taken advantage of that and now canadians like we got ur money so get out from our country wow i ddidnt know people can be this greedy and selfish.

Wow this is my country yo.. it’s so sad to see this happen when I see homeless folks our brothers and sisters everyday out here on the street.. U cannot I repeat you cannot do this in any other country anywhere besides America.. some parts of America I didn’t even believe was our country yo it looks third world yo I’m ashamed of our actions and I do not agree with this at all.. there country needs to do something for there own people and we need to do the same.. we should help with the infrastructure and laws over there to where they don’t want or need to force there way into America.. everyone has the right to be here but do it the right way

wow you 2 ungrateful are complaining about 30 to 40% taxes, well why do you think third world countries are at at point they are? people are poor because they lack economic opportunities, good schools, teachers, new way of teaching the kids that they haven't even heard in the countries you were born in, the overall lack of corruption, when anytime you have to deal with any kind of public official for any kind of permit that might need, well build infrastructures, good public Universities, and a decent healthcare system, an independent well functioning judiciary system that is far less corrupted than the countries you were born at............ You 2 are delusional, in the south of USA they don't tax that much, you should see how the Blacks are treated, 2 months that the city of Jackson in Mississippi has no running water, I recommend you 2 to move there, and enjoy the low taxes.... BY the way look as well at the mortality rates for all the Child births in the south, and life expectancy rates.... And trust me I am an immigrant myself, so I know that people are not working as much as here in North America, but or you inherited your house from a family member or you are living in their homes, in that case yes you can sit and do nothing, and if you find a job you will get paid a few hundred dollars per month........ Try to put food on the table with that salary, even in lower cost countries... trust me they struggle 3 times as I do here in North America...

Everytime I look at Canada I tell myself wow, what a beautiful country, but then I realized how depressing life is here in Canada. As an immigrant I have so many thing to be thankful for living in Canada,but also so many more things why I am planning to leave. Housing is unexplainablly expensive, cost of living is going too high for wags to catch up, drug problem visible in every city, mediocre jobs , unwilling government that has zero Desire to make this country grow to its full potential the list is endless. I will always love Canada, but life here isn't as good as it's portrayed to be. People just live so they can work so they can live to work again and can't even break even, many are too depressed and end up on drugs rising homelessness.
