2 years, 4 months ago @Bijeshchandran After visiting india last december I'm seriously thinking of moving back. The differences that lured you to move to the west is getting slimmer and slimmer every day. You see India changing , roads infrastructure, internet . If you can get a good enough job back in India is it worth moving abroad? \nThe work life balance you gain by working in the west is actually a trap. You have to do a lot of chores by yourselves whereas in India you can hire someone easily to do it for you. 68 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @ntrq There are 1,300,000 Indian people in Canada. If they all leave, Canada's economy might improve 11 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @albertteng1191 I applied for canadian immigration in the mid 2000s. I ticked all the qualification. I am qualified and i even have enough money to support myself for more than a year even though i have lots of friends and relatives in canada. AND YET, my application was turned down. I have no idea what happened. Im also supposed to get my processing fee back after i was rejected but i never got them anymore. Then i read canada allowed even unqualified immigrants from other parts of the world just bcoz.... Maybe its a blessing in disguise for me coz many friends i know are coming back home. Some maintained their canadian citizenship but are living back in my country, doing great business 7 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @geofflepper3207 People should understand that most of the new people coming to Canada \nare temporary residents, in particular foreign students,\nand that traditionally the federal government is not responsible for education \nand is thus not responsible for controlling how many foreign students \ncome to Canada.\n\nUniversities and colleges (some colleges of questionable value)\nhave been greatly increasing the number of foreign students they accept\nand charging very high tuition to foreign students to profit off of them,\nreportedly because provincial governments have cut funding to \npost-secondary institutions so that such institutions are short of money. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @geofflepper3207 Yes, there is a shortage of housing in Canada and rents are expensive \nbut that's not because people are leaving Canada - \nobviously it's because vast numbers of people are moving to Canada.\n\nCanada's population grew by over 430,000 people in just the third quarter of 2023\n(the last quarter for which statistics have been released).\nThat's a huge amount for one quarter for a country of just over 40 million people.\nSo no - Canada is not becoming depopulated of citizens or of \ntemporary or permanent residents.\n\nAnd what the news story strangely doesn't mention is that during \na diplomatic dispute between Canada and India\nthe Indian government purposely made changes to make \nthings more difficult for Canadians of Indian background\nwho want to travel back and forth between the two countries.\nThat obviously will have an effect on Indian people thinking of\nmoving to Canada or taking out Canadian citizenship.\n\nRegardless, where exactly would these people find cheaper housing?\nNew York? No, and they probably don't want to be in an America run by Trump.\nLondon? No.\nMelbourne? No. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @BangBang-ff9tm Is that a surprise? Who the fuck wants to live in that cold expensive place. Canada getting too expensive. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @mourice1669 I also shelved plans of moving to Canada after getting a visa the videos of immigrants plight discouraged me from moving there 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @marble4533 Visited from Australia, it's not a very liveable place. Super high rents, drug and crime problems in the streets. SUPER high cost of living and I found that there wasn't much community to get involved in. 18 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @youandme9569 The dereliction of duty and greed by Western leaders is everywhere not just in Canada. When having a roof over your head becomes somebody who doesn't even live in your country source of enrichment through real estate stocks, there is no hope for the citizen or the immigrant. But sadly that's the capitalism western nations choose to practice to the detriment of their citizens. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @lous.1548 even French immigrants are leaving .... everyone is leaving , there are very few opportunitied here - it is a lie 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @jafar115 Canada is totally messed up......if you wish to become a Canadian citizen please think twice. \nCanada has been suffering from high inflation, housing issues, high interest rates, high crime rates and high cost of living overall. You can't make enough money to survive forget about saving.....\nDo yourself a favor and don't come to canada.... 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @50CenT123smoke It’s also who you bring into the country. Why do you want a nation that cheats, lies and steals at every opportunity. Empathy is nowhere to be found. These people would just walk over somebody if it meant making that you get a dollar. This is not the kind of immigration we want. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @Feroxx65 This scheme is intended so that the rich gets richer and the pitty immigrants are doing their job underpaid. This is a blattant exploitation. I hope my friends are doing fine there. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @vicnicolaipuylong3420 I also wanted to go to Canada to study there as international student, but due to lack of financial support, I think I wanted to stay here in the Philippines because of emerging growth and development even there are so many problems that we always face everyday. Also, my family needs me and life here is so satisfying and you can even do whatever you want and not being a slave to other nation...?‍? 7 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @WhitemosstheWise Why would anyone want to come here? This country is run by fools, voted in by fools, who will then flop to the other group of fools to fix things... the majority of Canadians are clearly insane. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @777sweet Stop immigration. It’s too much. Most don’t come by themselves they come with big tribe. Too much mixed up spirits and energy too. 3 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @evenif7431 I saw a news story about a canadian college student who had decided to fly back and forth to Vancouver (where he college was) because it was literally cheaper to buy that many plane tickets a month than it was to live in Vancouver. 16 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @dees900 Who wants to rot in this 3rd world country called Canada anyway? 3 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @jimwhite1756 It's pointless to apply for Canadian immigration. It takes years to review and costs a lot of money. If you just show up in Canada as an illegal immigrant or refugee, your application will be free and fast tracked. You will also receive financial support from the government. So immigration is not declining. Just the legitimate types. Just ask any Canadian taxpayer for more details. 9 F3SFZdZFHxs
