2 years, 4 months ago @stanthomas165 This video is very misleading. That tailor at the beginning of the video was said to have gone to study at a university in Toronto. I am pretty sure it’s not University of Toronto or any university near Toronto from the way he was conversing with the journalist. It was most likely a private college that offered a PG Diploma. No wonder he wasn’t able to find a job. International students coming to Canada to do a PG Diploma is the biggest immigration loophole that the government recently put restrictions on. 42 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @alidaas I hate to disagree to most comments on this Video. Canada is still one of the best countries to live, work and raise your family. As a pakistani immigrant myself, having lived in Dubai, Saudi, and UK, I still find Canada easily the best overall.\n\nWhen it comes to hardships, yes you must have a positive mindset to survive in Canada but ofcourse you pay the price of living your Canadian dream. \n\nIf you are a couple with a household income of 10K take home, you can still live an extremely good life in Canada. But again, its a game of patience and perseverance. Canada is not for faint hearts and negative minds. \n\nGod bless us all 1 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @ankitsaraswat8988 Poor report: Decline of citizenship application in Canada and BBC focused only at Punjab, India ? 51 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @paulh2468 Liberal PM Cretian was elected in 1993. He ended the Federal housing programs, and shifted the responsibility for building social housing to the provinces. Of course the provinces did nothing in response. The municipal governments put in a lot of regulation, I suppose to protect the environment, and NIMBY. Home builders only built profitable homes, which were tiny condos in towers. The risks and rewards were pushed onto the private sector, meaning only the rich could participate in the overheated housing market. Then the PRC decided to start a global plague via a badly managed bioweapons lab, causing massive inflation across the planet. The problem is complex, because humans are too stupid to manage the planet properly. Canada is just a symptom of human overpopulation and idiocy. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @IloveJinnah Liberals sinking the ship everywhere with their failed hypocritical policies. A Global phenomenon. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @josevilas4927 The queation is : Why Canada is not building enough housing units anymore? Does anyone know the answer? 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @sunk8716 Partly because less people moved in 2020-2021 to become eligble in 2024 for citizenship remember that. Covid PRs were delayed landing or were sitting out and they would have met 1095 days late 2023-late 2024. This will trend up overwhelmingly in 2025 when all suddenly arrived in 2022.. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @imperlast2 the schools that were brig them in arn't just in major citys but ones with population of 46k and arnt made to handle 4000 new students every year all needing housing when before they just counted on the local students thus no extra housing needed 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @thethreatwrestling.7053 Educated people with college degrees from other nations can't work right away in their profession because they require canadian experience and bla bla bla. The cost of living is very high, they tax you for breathing, small job market overall. Canada needs to be more flexible in professionals with experience in their fields. They are not looking to be working in fast food chains or anything like that having experience. Canada is a hard place to start from zero knowing the reasons above. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @andrewb5412 The cap on student visas comes right after the numbers had already dropped. 28 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @BlairH-fua You want to know the worst part? The decrease isn't seen in the types of people that our immigration system was supposed to attract. Race, religion, all of that superficial crap should have remained separate from all of it, DEI trash. Merit. Merit should have remained the goal. Explain to me how we are saving the 'persecuted' when their predators walk in beside them. They are exposing our population to crime from across the globe and that POS is enjoying it. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @TheFoxxxxxxxxx Its not just Canada, I live in the UK and the crime is also up among other things like costs for basic stuff like food and transport.\nThe only thing going down is the standard if living. 107 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @darend8896 Canada is another word for scam. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @ZA-td8hf The title suggests the video is about Canada, and they spent the entire time in the report in India. This is precisely the problem there is Canada, everything is about Indians. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @safinnair7502 Mortgage interests ,rent,insurance,telephone bills,repair costs 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @Kjertinge Regular Canadians don’t even want to live here anymore. The finance situation is absolutely broken. It’s mathematically impossible for people to live here let alone immigrate her. \n\nImmigration is a huge part of this country but when you dump 500,000+ more people every year AND THERES LITERALLY NO HOUSING AVAILABLE. We need to cap on immigration until we see a bigger flux of real estate. \n\nThat also means we need to cap on foreign buyers buying out all the new buildings we make. They need to be for Canadians ONLY 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @DGNza Change the gov if they are not for the people 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @paulbadics3500 Many students just wanted to get permanent resident status when lib govt changes rules allowing that & to work full time..this fueled massive 1 million students to come in over the last year also aided by greedy colleges & un university's looking for higher foreign student fees & unscrupulous private colleges offering fake programs 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @fujibosco I was born here, and I am actively trying to run away. 583 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @jccarriere3719 If India sends less immigration to Canada, the better for it! 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @falconi0 Why BBC Indian correspondent speaks like a British broo?? 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @mahidoes Although I like living in India I'm happy about others leaving. Because biggest problem is population and migrants are indeed helping India. Not only by leaving but also improving economy. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @smashypeople good riddance 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @paulbadics3500 Recent skyrocketing rise in rents in big citys like Toronto & Vancouver have a lot to do with this but one reason this happened is because govt let in far too many foreign students since covid 2 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @seriouscontract4262 Ban migration from India. If they are found in criminal activities, cancel their passports and send them back. Enough is enough! 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @Allexandra04 We see Indians and asians more and more in Europe now, they moved over here.. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @thekingspin9846 Poor Australia, the parasites will now be targeting them now Canada is a husk 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @rotnem0017 So basically by telling people to migrate to your country has the opposite effect… Britain is listening carefully ? 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @ivanpopovic1266 You know you wrecked canada when people abroad decide it's not worth moving to. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @baggamohit Your report does not justify your headline. Additionally data points are also missing 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @glennelliott708 Finally, the tide is going out. Many now I can find a house in my native land 0 F3SFZdZFHxs

2 years, 4 months ago @hochuenleung409 No one force you to go only Toronto or Vancouver, there are provinces other than these to go 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @carocarochan Canada is a dump. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @sbotros I would return home if i wasn't sucked dry here with no resources to go back. Canada would become a third world country tomorrow if it wasn't for the immigrants brining their life savings to lose then work min wage jobs for the canadian business people (who fund both parties to bring more immigrants to repeat the cycle)\nIf you're middle class or higher at your home country, don't bother coming here. it's a downgrade. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @Onatyrade Good riddance glad to see the back of you. 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @darrylmacdonald6159 Awesome! 0 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @mathieubelliveau3916 Don't come here. 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
2 years, 4 months ago @AndrewSalvatore-n6b The answer is pretty simple . They’re beginning to see the harsh reality living in Canada . Been here for a while after studies yet no job . Really sucks ! 1 F3SFZdZFHxs
