2 years, 8 months ago @HandofBlake There is too much crime in the US. Every time I have to go there for work I have my butthole puckered stressed out. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @robertvisquo308 Canadian here. The U.S. doesn't suck, never has, it's just a different culture with a different prevailing mentality.. Never understood why Canadians move there and complain that it's not Canada. I, for one have plans to move to south Florida later in life. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @elizabethk3238 I immigrated to canada, from the Caribbean in 1968. Couldnt pay me enough time o live in the US. I refuse to even carry their currency in my wallet when I volunteered in West Africa and got a better exchange for US$. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @dankurina9191 Nice candid video Tyler. I have a good friend (a Jusey Gurl) who moved to Canada like 20ish years ago I think mainly because of an ex. I think she appreciates the health care as well with my talks with her over the years. She and I've been thinking this lately that Canadians have either changed or that Canadians are more friendly stereotype is going down .I think with more immigration, the cost of living and frozen pay and higher and higher taxes Canadians are increasing discouraged with politics and Canada in general. You noticed many of the woman mentioning health care and social programs as well? Police... We have a lot here as well maybe more so because of pay. The police are well looked after and paid well here. I think politics are getting more polar and more divisive here as well. The liberals have really really done a stellar job with two terms of sheer WEF CCP hogwash to destroy the country. Another general stereotype is that Americans are obnoxious and unpleasant isn't true as well. I'm in tourism and find most of the Yanks to be friendly and polite and GREAT TIPPERS. Ha many US servers don't like it when Canucks go over there because they're stingy. I think if everything works out without saying more, your country, like it or not , will ultimately start the big liberation finally of humanity hopefully for the better. You folks generally have a bigger love of freedom and you're ARMED. You have the mindset and the LEVERAGE to change the system. And we as Canadians are always looking and following the US why to the extent because things are a little different here I don't know... I await with hopeful yet bated breath with the big changes coming in the following years. Love, freedom and the pursuit of happiness good neighbors eh! 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @tblosmanis Public education is a huge factor in choosing Canada over America for raising a kid. When I was in Jr high 20+ years ago, a kid I knew did grade 8 in rural northern BC. Grade 9 he moved to northern Minnesota. Same set up, rural lifestyle. When he came back for grade 10, he had to retake 2 grade 8 classes (English and something else, I forget) and all of grade 9, even though he passed everything in MN. That has always tainted my opinion of raising kids in the states. And it's only gotten worse since then.\nAlthough, like everything else, if you can afford the fancy private schools... 2 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @cforte0423 As a Canadian I will say most of these are lies or are hard core libby cucks. I would give my left nut for a chance to live in the US. We have zero freedom in this sh*t hole country. 1 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @King_Flippy_Nips 15:17 Toronto is the same latitude as northern california but it can get to -40 Celcius with the wind chill here. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @King_Flippy_Nips 14:29 I have never had to pay out of pocket for any medical visit in canada ever and i have lived in Toronto, Montreal and St. John's, you do have to pay for things like an ambulance or crutches but not the medical care itself, he must have been visiting about something that was cosmetic or non essential treatment. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @King_Flippy_Nips 6:13 Hospitals set their own prices, something that costs one price at one hospital could cost double at a hospital just down the road, it is hugely unregulated. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @King_Flippy_Nips 3:00 Its 100% the healthcare. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @bobbyboucher-mt2kz No wait time for health in canada even the er they call you at home ? never wait 0 zJycj8c73sQ

2 years, 8 months ago @bobbyboucher-mt2kz You cant have a kid in the states thats why parents are poor ? 75% of divorce and 80% men suicide in the usa wow! 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @bobbyboucher-mt2kz The big difference is the us of Americas is capitalism first but here in Canada we help each other 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @bobbyboucher-mt2kz Lol its worst in the states 100% the usa you need to pay for everything lol capitalism max but canada is turning into the us of Americas 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @danbert6039 at this point, there are many states I wouldn't even visit because of awful politics. but same here in Canada. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @lmor7110 I recently travelled to Oregon & Washington state to see a Canadian friend who married an American. I found the price of food to be very expensive or on par with Canada, plus the exchange rate. The busy freeways traumatized me. I was stressed about avoiding medical care or any legal issues during my trip. While visiting a popular beach resort town, I was surprised to observe Americans talking loudly on their cell phones, oblivious to the beauty of the ocean & everyone around them. I noticed rich locals driving their rare convertibles. I was relieved to come back to my life in Canada. \nP.S. my friend recently got COVID, $3000 medical bill to pay, & spent most of the time recovering at home - almost died ? 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @Notfunnysam Cool video.\nAmericans handle critisism about thier nation way better than Canadians. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @Notfunnysam Booze is cheap is definitely a polite compliment, especially for those who cant tead between the lines ?\nFrom Ontario, Canada. 2 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @paulbadics3500 Americans would be shocked with the insane wait lists for surgeries & treatments & third world emergency departments 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @paulbadics3500 Canadians forget they pay $15,000/yr on average in taxes for healthcare 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @paulbadics3500 These canadians who move to US to make higher wages & pay lower income & sales tax complaining that health not 100% covered like in canada? 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @childoftheking2214 The worst thing about Canada is our current Prime Minister and his government. Once we get rid of that problem by voting hopefully we can recover from the damage Trudeau has done to our beautiful country. 1 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @LiqdPT 17:05 Upstate NY isn't NYC. It's places like Buffalo and Rochester. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @LiqdPT 6:30 I've defintely heard $10k as a number thrown out for how much child birth costs before 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @FedoraRouge I married my spouse and moved to the United States from Canada. Before, I didn't give the US much thought and merely loved travelling to a few of the locations. Having said that, even after spending five years there, I have never witnessed a country and a population as divided as the US. You proudly display your flag, yet you're so racist, illiterate, and a bible-thumper that it disgusts me. The United States is not the most free country in the world, despite what the public believes and thinks. In reality, it is also depressing to observe how the healthcare system handles people. The social safety net is completely missing, and by that I mean that most jobs don't pay for maternity leaves or vacations unless you work at a senior level or for a high-end company. The political system is so rigged that it is understandable why people are tired of voting every two years, and perhaps even every year. Most certainly, especially since your elections begin almost exactly when the previous one finished. I suppose I could go on forever, but I'll stop here. Although Canada is not perfect, is not free from controversy or problems, and is not the best at everything, we are able to concede defeat, acknowledge that someone was wrong or that we might have done better, work together with one another, and express that we are SORRY. Yes, it is a word that is never used in the US, and that is also the issue. I'm pleased to be back in Canada, where I belong, and I regret ever leaving. Yes, returning to Canada feels peaceful and inviting compared to travelling to the US, where every trip involves an interrogation to ensure that you don't remain too long. There is no need to worry because I won't be returning to stay, only visit, as previously. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @jadwigadunin-borkowska6783 A lot of what was said is true... HOWEVER, there is no question that Americans generally, within their own country, practice euxenos; they are the most generous, friendliest and kindest hosts you could imagine. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @Mary-p8n1l I know lots of people who moved to the States and they love the freedom 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @monopinion8799 In Canada! 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @monopinion8799 Hospital waiting time in large cities depending how you have been triaged ( degree of urgency) you can wait up to 6 to 7 hrs! 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @hikingfordayz Im Canadian married to an American and we live in Canada. I’ve been in all 50 states (and all 10 provinces). I can’t speak about living in the USA but I enjoy visiting. Your country has amazing national parks, wildlife, marvellous regional accents, and fascinating history. My recent project is visiting your stunning national seashores. We are lucky to be peaceful neighbours, seriously. 12 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @bigd4561 As a Canadian who had the opportunity to live in the States for 4 years... loved it. Every place has its issues. \n\nCheers! 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @melodiephoenix According to Forbes it is about 14k for natural delivery, 18k for a c-section and it should cost 2-3K for co-pay. We must realize that this is of course the quote for complication free births. \n\nI had premature twins in Canada and the cost would have been over 1 million in the USA. My sons had an American nurse who chose to immigrate to Canada because the billing aspect of her job was stressful. According to this nurse she had to bill the family for every pacifier that hit the ground etc… Scanning every bar of soap etc… \nThe problem with Canadian healthcare is people treat it like it is free so there is a lot of waste. Nurses don’t scan so they give stuff etc… Also people go to the ER for flu’s which is very costly on the system. If Canadians were more conscious the system would be better! 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @alanj9978 Lots of bad things up here in Canada too. At least you guys have doctors. And our taxes are out of control. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @adrianj8370 Dont feel bad Canada is in the worst spot its ever been 1 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @mexquiksilver Few things aren't covered by the health care system. It varies from Province to Province since health care is a Provincial competece .\nI had to pay for something for my child when he was a few months old.\nThose fees are regulated and there's an annual maximum you have to pay depending your income; usually it doesn't cost more than 200 USD.\nDentistry and sight glasses are not covered so you need a private insurance.\nMeds ( drugs ) are partially covered by the Provincial meds insurance if you don't have a private insurance. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @mexquiksilver My sister lives in Mexico and WITHOUT any sort of health insurance. She gave birth in a private hospital for a very unfortunate reason and she had to pay 1800 USD. ( Yeah, Mexico has an universal health care system funded by the State and by the clients which costs almost 2000 USD/year ) 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @armchair_mechanic Did it as a 5 year project and only made it for 15 months. Needed an expensive 100k procedure. Decision to move back to Canada was a no brainer, waited 3 months to get back on healthcare role and had a successful procedure and didn't have to mortgage the house or cash in RRSP's. Having said all of that many Americans work extremely hard and are driven to get ahead. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @gail9566 I lived in the US 40 years ago and realized that at time I never considered that someone would be armed at the mall. Safety became more important in the US 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @shannonthompson721 If you break the law you’re stuck here forever 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @cherylsibson2529 My Aunt had Duel citizenship, had one hip done in Canada, had the other hip done in the US the year after ( was many many yrs ago) she said the level of care was better in the sense of personal attention in the US rather than in Canada, gotta have nerves of steel to be ill. The best thing would be, share compassion with the elderly, and the very young. So glad you understand Tyler. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @a.a.p1952 CANADA is always in the Top Ten Best Place to Live in The World.\nThe USA is NEVER in the TOP TEN, in education, medical, standard of living etc. etc.\nGreat people BAD BAD politics Gun killing country.\nCheers ?? 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @stevieb4141 Bruh reddit is the worseplaceto get accurate information.\n\nI live in CANADA and hate it here???? America seems like a WAY better, cooler, and funner place than this hell hole banana republic 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @vibrolax I married a Québécoise and moved from the USA to Québec 7 years ago. I learned French. If we had to rely on public health care, she would have died. We get timely excellent private medical care in Québec and the USA at reasonable cost. If you're lucky enough to live in a province/city with good treatment for whatever ails you, that's great. But if care is lacking for your situation in Canada, you have to travel and pay, or you will suffer and possibly die. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @purrceys7959 I'm a dual citizen, born & raised in Canada; my mom was an American, my dad a Canadian, they met in Detroit. I'm very glad they chose to settle in Canada and raise their children here. (My American mom preferred Canada. She was a stage 3 cancer survivor who outlived all her American relatives and she believed she outlived them because of Canadian healthcare.) Although I'm eligible as a dual citizen, I would never live in the US because of the cost and lack of universal health care and the gun culture in some states. I also dislike the polarization in the USA and worry we be headed the same way. Sadly, many Americans the myth of American exceptionalism. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @Vaishino I can't blame that pregnant person for wanting out. Average hospital bill in the USA for chiildbirth is between 5,000 and 11,000 dollars according to google, and that doesn't include aftercare and pre-natal care. In Canada it's covered by the province. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @patrickhill8494 A company I worked with for 3 years sent me to the states (primarily Seattle) to work out of a studio there for about a third of every year I worked with them. It was like Vancouver, but even less friendly, more violence (heard a minimum of three gunshots a day while working there, and I can go years without hearing a single one where I live in Canada), and the amount of poverty was insane. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @jccarriere3719 I do miss the heat thought...lol 0 zJycj8c73sQ
2 years, 8 months ago @minkorrh Canada is objectively better in terms of legal employment protections, unemployment insurance and healthcare, even though it's second-rate when you take into account waiting times etc. Our public education system is hands down better, even with it's woke issues. If you have never been to, or lived in Canada, you have no right making this video. You're comparing apples with.....nothing.\n\nHaving said that, us Canadians are a smug, asshole bunch of people who sneer down their noses at the US, while having no leg to stand on when it comes to guaranteed freedoms, gun ownership, and generally stupid voting habits that vote for some useless asshole because of his surname and the fact that he 'has nice hair'. I would leave Canada if I had the money. It was a great place to live until the 2000's came around, then everyone flushed their brains down the toilet. 0 zJycj8c73sQ
