The customer is an absolute as***** but he is not wrong though. Before you join delivery job, someone should have told you that you will encounter such customer in your life on a daily basis. Not everyone will ask you to keep the change. Couple of 20s, 10s and 5s, few twonnies, lonnies and dimes will prevent such drama. My store delivery guy drove 3 km one way to return 5c change. |
