The thing here is, natural logic says- he can ask for exact payment in change and he can refuse to pay back the remaining amount.\nBecause buying isn't necessary.\nThe change should be brought by customer themselves and if the shopkeeper gives the change, its their goodwill.\nBut the amount in change should be brought by customers themselves.\nThis should be done naturally.\n\nKeeping change with shopkeeper isnt necessary.\nIf you go to shop and dont have exact amount in cash and if you want to pay in cash or the shopkeeper asks to pay in cash.\nThen either arrange it or suffer loss on thr remaining amount. |

Unpopular opinion: I can see both sides. It's been done many times, where delivery drivers pretend not to have change so that they can keep the difference of the cost. It's a scammers way of cheating you out of more money and putting it in their pockets. However, now that being said, the camera man's constant and overwhelmingly verbal degrading was unnecessary |
