I am still trying to get any information from them. He openly threatened me that he will not provide me with any information and that he is the only point of contact to get information. Why? I still struggle to understand. If they can abuse their power to hold death over someone, why not right? Like the lady, I had provided extensive documentation still threats. He accused me of random things, spoke in a very condescending tone from hello. He was extremely upset about me calling from USA for whatever reason.
