I feel bad ... a time I got drunk and same time I was on chat with Amazon. I literally abused because my item was not correct, incomplete and even broken. So I ask for a refund. I abused that agent who assisted me. Till date I feel bad about it... may be he'll understand I wasn't right in my head at that time.
