It shouldn't come to a point where officials are avting in such demeanor. Give your decision on visa along with the refusal explanation and they should be on their way. In canada BLS they deny every application for some or other reason than ask every applicant to pay 100 dollars and take premium services.afyer taking premium services they correct the application ot any missing information and approve it.
