If he ever gets asylum granted, it will be thanks to his kids who will eventually assimilate unlike he ever did and because Canada needs to grow its population that is among the lowest in the world at #43 with 11 per 1000. The countries on that list with lower birthrates than Canada are mostly small islands or tiny countries like Liechtenstein. Why? I knew my mother had to learn because I won't always be there to help her so she practiced English by using me as an interpreter, and I did help her. Now she goes to her bank and know some numerical orders. \n\nNo matter what they SHALL learn English here! Spending decades there in America and still haven't learn English yet?? We had the RCMP there all be it as bellboys but they were a least present. I am glad I love Canada and the fact I dont want to leave, this is tought o watch because as a Canadian with Canadian values when we see people in trouble this nation has always offered help to others less fortunate.
