U.S.Citizens have been turned away from Canada for having two misdemeanors from 20 , 25, 30 years ago. There are tons of people that come to canada (many just visiting or working) and just stay here rather than go through the proper steps (and get denied) because they know some bleeding heart liberals looking down on them will offer a bunch of them amnesty if they wait long enough and pay off the right people.
