7 years, 3 months ago @shortgiraffe6311 His sentence was a joke. 2 years. He probably spent that time planning his next fraud. It was well worth his time in jail. Why isn't the Canadian overseer receiving more money in order to stop other perpetrators. I think government doesn't care much or it would do something about it. Get Trudeau out so we can get proper budget allowances to deal with illegal immigrants. Save Our Canada! 1 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 3 months ago @shah1668 citizenship ceremony? lol, how easy to get canadian passport. they don't even need to speak english for it. 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 3 months ago @JinC24 $10M of criminal proceeds, $900k fined. Only 7 years in jail. A criminal that defrauded honest Canadians net $9.1M to retire on at the expense of the citizens he took advantage of. Mind you, an average Canadian don't even have $1M to retire on. While the consequences of this criminal will cost millions in health care costs, old age security for the people who didn't spend a dime on income tax. Us Canadians are punching bags of the world. 1 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 3 months ago @thaikumnun8681 The Chinese bought a lot of apartments in Berlin, in Thailand property and condos as well. Money laundering ! 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 3 months ago @kimhero5037 Well china doesn't agree on private property, chinese people need to hide their assets. If china ever collapses they will spread their parachutes to land on Canada 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 3 months ago @davidwhite5426 I think the government knew about it a lot earlier but chose to ignore it. Many people even still commit visa fraud to gain entry. Express entry is highly vulnerable and used by many people take advantage. I can even name a person. Akhil Choudhary, Misrepresented/hide info about work experience and unlawful immigration activities that he did in USA. When the US government kicked him out he went to Canada. you can find him at www.linkedin.com/in/smarketinguru. Crime does actually pays. He is well and earning good. Even encouraging others. I just wish that government takes a note of it. 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @NegatingSilence 10 million bucks for 2 years in prison. And how much did it cost us to do this 2-year investigation? I should quit my job and make a living via fraud in this country. 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @MaryJane-en8eh They KNOW they'll get away with it.. I see how they do business here.. Some of them are very brazen.. And authorities allow it to happen.. If their just looking for a better life for their families, i totally understand their desperation, & I'm all for helping families that want a better life for their kids. But some of them have ulterior motives, & we need to establish their true motives.. To wreak havoc on our housing market, to solicit terrorism on our soil of ANY kind, should NEVER BE TOLERATED.. To be caught being violent, socializing with known terrorists, should warrant IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION!!! A man comes here as an immigrant, & becomes violent, should be sent back, and a child in need (& a chance at a better life), can have his spot.. Same with their teenager's.. You're not coming here to start gangs.. You're here because you wanted to get away from that nonsense.. Don't start that ish over here.. 1 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @MaryJane-en8eh The going rate for a plumber is not $5/hour here.. Seriously.. Ugh... 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @MaryJane-en8eh 3rd world canada here we come... Their buying up all these properties.. Like 1refugee family owns 20properties in their 1st year here.. How is that even possible?? Slumlords.. They rent to our people, refuse to do upkeep, and the rent sky rockets.. That's how.. How do they get all those mortgages? I can't even get one.. And I've paid my rent ob time every month for 18year's.. Wtf??? 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @mtube620 great business. Make $10 million, pay $900k fine and 2 years in jail.  I don't mind to sit in jail for 2 years to earn $9.1 million.  I bet more Chinese as well as other ethnicity will join in the bonanza 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @joycereeves5580 One reason why Jihadi Justin took that millionare dollar donation for Tredeau foundation from Chinese many can vote now in other countries that have not lived here for over 5 years 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @laffytaffy4156 Canada should be reporting this to country of origin of the immigrants playing the system so there own government would sort this out! 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @andrasfeher7795 This is done routinely by Chinese people. Similar situation in Australia. The vast majority of the Chinese 'businessmen' and officials registered barely spend a day in a year in the country they are supposedly ordinarily resident in. It's about preparing for the very real threat of when something goes awry back home or they fall out of favour with a honcho bigger than them they have an escape path and they can not be extorted with their families. For this, ultra-wealthy Chinese are more than willing to throw some money around by investing in unprofitable businesses, buying real estate or flat out handing some money to that country's government and go through the bureaucratic hurdles of committing fraud. 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @ataturk277 Good on him 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @samanator19 Imagine if Trudeau funded the Canadian Border Service Agency instead wasting it on personal trips and his crony politics 12 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @jenniferwhite6089 like any immigration the found a loophole and cannot be rightfully charged under Canadian law that way Canada is a very good place to hind in there are protected as immigrants or as a Canadian it should be the birthplace is you first them Canada not when you get into trouble in your homeland that Canada needs to help you \nsame as when ISIS saying they are from Canada. Canadian has turn there backs on the terrorists and let the law over there take care of them why would Canada have to house a terrorist Canadian should punch them by death on coming back Canadians have done this in the passed to Canadian in the first world war and the second as well Canadian law is outdated we need to have substantial law in place for this meaning death will have less immigration thinking to come to Canada 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @Beastofcookies What killed me is she was eligible for the Working Poor Tax Credit. It goes to show how easy these rules are to exploit. Someone could sit down and calculate exactly what they need to make, how many children they need to have, what activities to pursue etc so they can gain access to all these tax benefits. Make the most money while paying the least tax. There was an article in the nation post about this which discussed Trudeau's statement that the poor do not pay tax. It is crazy the tax credits people get and it makes it so something like close to 40% of people do not actually pay tax. Its one thing when working canadian's benefit, but not Chinese business people who come here, buy a house, maintain their status under false pretenses, then get credits for being poor. 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @SlicedSlappy STOP THEM! 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @PanChod-ct7ou Canada should match the US requirements for citizenship. Live here for 10 years before you can apply. They're giving citizenships out like candies. 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @ShahZebit if you can't even speak the language of the country that you are trying to become citizenship of then why you should be given citizenship? 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @deanrobert8674 A waywood Wang A 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @kasthooriepollmeier8161 Why did they send Wang to jail after all Canada has an open door policy anybody can come and go so if one part of your policy is full of holes the other parts will not work - you have Huawei in Canada check out their employees whom are all chinese and all Chinese businesses only employ Chinese or their businesses are a front for other activity fact check 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @wyntresorrow403 It's so hard to get Canadian citizenship. Even to enter. I had 1. 1 parking ticket and I was turned away. Sad. I took care of it but I believe my chances are slim even though I would literally sell my soul to be a Canadian citizen 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
7 years, 4 months ago @mwanawaishe8524 While other people are trying to legally come to Canada to actually work honestly and contribute to the society and get denied permanent residence........ 0 ERMtBEgk9ls

7 years, 4 months ago @Vocal-Vegan Why do we not have clear penalties laid out and when a crime is committed and it falls categorically under what is listed as a crime, skip the lawyers, not needed very clear, the crime falls under this category and this is the penalty. Stop confusing finances with justice. 0 ERMtBEgk9ls
