No, recruiters dont deceive! Students and the agencies are fully aware of what is their ultimate goal. Enter through some unrecognized colleges and gain PR. Recrutiers have contacts with small colleges and give them business by sending students to Canada. Students are well informed in this day and age what channels to use. There are recruiting agencies in every nook and corner of India sending students for decades. |
