Simple solution to this problem is make Toefel + GRE examination mandatory who wants to come for higher education. Just like US universities. That’s how you ensure, only inteligent and productive futureproof students comes to the country that makes this country great again. |

An international students has to pay 5 times more than a Canadian resident. However, no one is forcing those students to come to study in Canada. \nMost international students are here to easily come in to Canada and get residency. Why would a student need to work here? |
