3 years, 6 months ago @yolandalouise ALL students regardless of their status - only EVER choose a school that has PROVINCIAL designation to issue student loan funding - doing that acts as a quality assurance step, even better - only take PROVINCIALLY LOAN ELIGIBLE PROGRAMS, even if you have no intention of taking loans out. The provincial and federal gov will never issues loans to a program that is not got through accreditation. 0 dNrXA5m7ROM

3 years, 6 months ago @sumitkhare4932 Its pretty obvious that International students program is simply an semi legal way of making money on the expense of Student's lives.\nAlso some onus goes on students and their families when in times of internet the accurate information ia not very hard to find.\nThese students and families were also desperate to come to Canada. \nRegards 1 dNrXA5m7ROM

3 years, 6 months ago @amythyst9775 My sister went to Canada to study animation because it was a quarter of the price, faster, and had better employment numbers than our schools in America. Everything went very smooth, she got steady employment that was willing to sponsor her visas and a reasonably straightforward path to dual citizenship.\n\nWhen we road-tripped up to Vancouver to get her settled, her landlady got upset with us when we pulled out the tools and started to adapt for her a custom bedframe riser. When we checked in to see what we had done wrong, we found her crying on the porch. She said her parents sent her away to Canada without guidance, help, or compassion, and that she was homesick still even 25 years later. 204 dNrXA5m7ROM
3 years, 6 months ago @KDCO92 I really hope the government also opens their eyes on companies marketing birthright citizenship in Canada. Apparently, some companies in China literally market the fact that Canadians receive subsidized education and healthcare to pregnant women. These women go deliver in Canada, return to China and 18 years later send their kids to receive subsidized university education, on the expense of Canadian tax payers (which their parents never were)! 331 ERMtBEgk9ls

3 years, 6 months ago @2322zelda I don't think any official he interviewed did a good job of giving the interviewer a substantial answer on what to do about the problem. He mentions that we need to acknoledge the problem along with the government, but we already know what's happening. There's still no solution, he's just saying what we want to hear, which may sound good to the ear but... that's it 0 dNrXA5m7ROM
