1 year, 10 months ago @eanerickson8915 Time to hire some private police. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @deweyw3737 While that’s an insane amount to be behind and still living there, this wouldn’t happen as often if we fixed the damn housing crisis. Yes you will always have bad apples but I’m sure a lot of the people in similar situations are actually good people that are struggling to live and have got themselves into a bad situation. Not everyone has family to fall back on if they get evicted. I’m not saying that’s the case here either she could be a complete criminal taking advantage of the system but be easier to weed those people out if there wasn’t a housing crisis. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @Whiterabbit-b6t There are other things you can do...Why rely on an unjust system get justice yourself. 8 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @alhajjnuruddin3232 Her sister died of cancer and they blamed the doctors for delaying diagnosis and filed a lawsuit. I think she's now delaying rent 3 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @rachelxu8229 Idk if it works, but I have heard this trick the landlords use to evict squatters where you hire a furnishing company and make them remodel the house as disruptively as they could e.g. tearing down walls, tearing out floor tiles, etc. whilst the tennant is in there and if they complain, then say that you're trying to improve their living conditions. I don’t know the real-life logistics of this, I just heard it talked about. 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @Aleksandar6ix So does she also go to grocery stores and not pay for groceries? What's the difference? It's all theft. But in the eyes of the law.....it's complicated. I think the fastest thing for this guy to do is sell his property. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @McGregor-r9p Canadian law favours our criminals & law abiding citizens are the ones who get shafted smh. It’s one thing for an honest person to go broke for one reason or another & I can have empathy for them & even wanna help in the short term . However , what she is doing is clearly just taking advantage of the situation & more than likely has the funds to pay she just won’t do it. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
