1 year, 10 months ago @nicolafazio674 Landlords are screwed, takes years and tons of money to evict. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @paulwcke How does a landlord in this situation afford to carry this investment? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @motoxguy774 This is why rental inventory is dropping, tenants who abuse the system are definitely part of the problem.\nLTB is so lethargic, good luck buddy I hope you get her out.\nThere are wonderful tenants out there. 14 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @fantastikfanatic1900 Thats why you never rent your condo to a nika 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI

1 year, 10 months ago @TheCounterpointer Personally I think it’s not worth relying on rent pay for your retirement… stock portfolio would be better. If you want real estate income, then buy publicly traded REITs, and even the REITs, buy multiple of them and spread the risk across. If your retirement relies on income from a few tenants, those few tenants can really screw you over in your retirement. Feel bad for the man. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @RuwanWij She should be charged and have a criminal record. Her wages should be garnished until she pays back full amount with interest. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @GagandeepSinghDuggal She looks like criminal mind set. She must be thrown out from the house. How come she is having 3 meals, coffee and other luxury. Pay rent or leave. Dont take advantage of Canadian laws. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @user-dj1dg3sp6o Completely broken system 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @mj24672 Sue the city. It’s because of them that this is happening. Best not to rent to anyone. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @lizzielopdop My neighbours had a similar situation they ended up paying their tenant $5k to move out 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @JosephOcasio That girl is FIIIIIIIIINE 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @PrimeAidhomeservices When owners can keep property without paying mortgage how can tenets live without paying rent !! 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @davidyeager8914 This is a big part of the reason why we have a housing crisis. Nobody wants to invest their money in creating rental units if they can’t collect rent, so that reduces the supply of rental units. Less supply equals higher prices. Landlords also have to charge more to account for potential lost rent in this system. So in the end the stolen free rent is simply paid for by other renters who get passed on the higher prices 2 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @XShadow705 Shes behind 41k in rent... and missed 2 months payments ? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @asiansuperman All by design, Gov’t allows and causes these sort of tenant problems in the first place to get out of hand, with their unjust laws supporting criminal behaviour to occur. Easier to divide and conquer a nation having citizens fight each other in a battle ripe for the picking for the Elite’s NWO agenda. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @scottyboy6269 Sad part is Jagmeet Singh is pushing for MORE tentant rights to make this even more difficult. I'm dealing with similar situation, massive repairs stiffed on rent, thankfully it's not Ontario or BC. If they ever go to buy a house now they will have outstanding court order against them. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @markgisborne9991 And government wonders why there are so many vacant rental suites... 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @budmonk2819 Tenants done pay rent, Landlord is terrified and leaves Investment property vacant. Govt charges vacant tax. Landlord hikes rent to cover interest and past dues, tenant stops paying again. Govt collects tax from both. 12 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @TravisDave-d6v 4 years lady what excuse could you possible have.? your not the victim 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @didierpatnais1652 Lol Toronto, 41k is probably the monthly rent. 4 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @kijijipro6725 Renting to a Somalian was his first mistake 8 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @peter_eva Small landlords get fleeced waiting for the tribunal. \n\nBut if you're a corporate landlord, you get your case heard in a week or two. Why? How? Well, these corporations have lawyers who each book dozens or hundreds of time slots a year IN ADVANCE. They know they will only use a few of them for their needs. The rest go unused. Meanwhile people booking tribunal cases as needed get pushed out a year or more.\n\nThis is a broken system tailored for the rich and connected. The tenants who abuse it are doing so as a loophole strategy. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @Glory-to-God. Being a landlord in canada is looking for trouble 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @wesrichmond Lesson: build a retirement investment portfolio and don’t rely on a rental income for retirement. If this gentleman had been saving those pennies into index fund ETFs, he’d have a boat load of money to withdraw from for retirement! 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @thenewjerusalem2483 If a thousand renters work together, they could avoid paying $41,600,000 that they would ordinarily have paid in rent. Using that money, they could start a credit card company. A credit card company doesn't have to extend much credit to one person, and it can charge high interest rates. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @CommonSense7688 More broken liberal laws! 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @XetaXones Wow. I went to hs with her and she tried to bully me with her friend for not having parents. Needless to say, i dont feel sorry for her one bit! 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @j.j.j6181 I would put clause in rental agreement if rent isn't paid we can move back in, move anyone we want in with them. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @iainhittel It's worse in commie BC. No point renting anything in this province, zero landlord rights, landlords and seen and treated like criminals as everyone complains about the lack of housing. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @nickcrncich7255 He mentioned owing $5000.00 in utilities……to him?? If so, why does he pay them? If not why aren’t the utility companies turning them off?? 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @elainegmorrison Move someone else in, a relative who needs the home. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @perryg5500 Welcome to more non effective government. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @energydoesntlie 4 years though? That’s absurd. At least pay something. The whole system is corrupted and it’s the investors and government benefiting. Simple as that. Otherwise this wouldn’t be a thing. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @shelleyfortier1601 Welcome to ?? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @rishbhandari What happens if the owner defaults on their mortgaage - does bank takes over the property and evict the tenant? 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @daya54089 But if you don’t pay your mortgage in 30 days the bank takes the house back, and the government doesn’t back you up in that! 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @ChrisVbo I left policing after 17 years because the law is broken. I suggest this landlord remember that the law is broken and use that to his advantage as well. It’s a two-way street. 21 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @bluedeath4888 CANADIAN LAWS ARE A JOKE WITH LIBERALS IN THE GOVT! 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @andrewpoon9167 It seems like there is a small percentage of really bad tenants AND also really bad landlords creating awful policies that ruin it for the large percentage of good tenants and good landlords. Every time I read the news there are horror stories from the point of view of renters BUT also horror stories from the point of view of landlords (like in this case). How can the whole system be so completely broken for both sides? It's crazy lol. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @roronoazoro2708 Another reason why you shouldn't buy property as investment and definitely not your primary investment for retirement. 0 N0xk0Bn6FqI
1 year, 10 months ago @nancygu5587 Real hard working citizens hopes and dreams are in shambles. Scammers earning big time. 1 N0xk0Bn6FqI
