My century old home was worth 400k in 2000. I bought it for 1 mil in 2015. Was worth 2.2 mil at peak. Now maybe if lucky I can get 1.8. I suspect it will be back at 1.2 mil in a few years. Thats reality of Canada. What a mess. |
