2 years ago @Longhauloutlaw Dude made a mistake!!! He had paid the price in Canadian jail…. The man killed those kids it was tragic…. Should he be deported I don’t think so!!!!! He’s got to live with himself for the rest of his life weather here or in India ! But why didn’t the company owner get time? For putting inexperienced driver behind the wheel ? However going by Canadian law the man didn’t have his citizenship so based on rules alone he needs to go home…. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @rhodaodang3669 He should be deported and have a ban for reentry. 18 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @Commontater2 This was an extremely horrible accident, in terms of this ruling key word accident, caused partly by a system that does not accredit new truck drivers properly, or maintain safe roads properly. I support those parents of the victims that support Mr Sidhu. Accidents will happen, yes Mr Sidhu must be accountable but tragedies will continue to happen if agencies meant to keep the public safe are negligent, they must construct proper intersections and monitor and enforce proper training and licensing for professional drivers. This ruling only adds to the tragedy, and lets the government agencies off the hook. Anyone at the motor vehicle department being labelled a criminal and sent packing to another country, or would that be too far, or is this ruling against Singh perhaps just easier as he isn’t a faceless agency? My condolences and sympathies to all affected; by the accident and this subsequent Vengeance, for an extremely unlucky however avoidable- accident. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @demons500 Well...bye 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @alexisvillaroman Attitude is a big factor in driving. 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @twinturbo3470 Isn’t is crazy drivers from India are driving erratic as if they were in overcrowded India 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @Undergroundbase-r1x It’s crazy actually a few families that lost children forgave him and supported his citizenship. Strong people 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @imatcarletonuni I live in Brampton, there are many Indians here who are selling driver's licenses. You can buy one for a couple grand without having to take the drivers test. This is why our accident collision rates are so high in the city and Brampton has the highest drivers insurance rates in the country 7 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @nwc3270 There’s so many ways he can fight this it’ll take years to remove him . I’m sure he has a brother or cousin that’s a lawyer and knows how to drag it out. Welcome to Canada or should it be Khalistan 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @dontbelievethehype9484 Good , maybe they'll learn how to really drive before they get behind a semi again... 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @sherylstewart2631 Deport him! The owner of the company needs to be put in jail!! 59 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @isaiah_b_3798 You cannot loathe mainstream media enough for portraying him as a victim. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @VitoAnthonyD.-ow7oo Miscarriage of justice. He should have been permitted to stay and raise his family. It was an accident but people want revenge. I don't feel that way. Indian people except for Jagmeet are in my estimation good people who work hard to better themselves. They are nice people who love Canadians except for Jagmeet. I think he deserves a second chance. He's not some useless bum. He works and raises a family and spent 8 years in jail. I think he's being deported because he brought embarrassment to the Liberals insane mass immigration policy. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @paulevans8348 Deport him and his lawyer. 44 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @jamesyu4704 He still has a thousand loopholes to screw our system! 4 i-Qsiw5HeiA

2 years ago @derrickpiche1119 Why will this take 3 more years? I should have been an immigration lawyer. What a scam. 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @Bumpa1962 They all still drive those monster trucks like ricksaws... 401 is suicide alley. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @jacobknelsen1613 India has the most safest drivers?... in India this truck driver would be labelled a terrorist and Canada harbors terrorist because of the prime minister? 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @VernaGuenther He should be deported our laws upheld. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @malcolmhamilton5200 Finally a follow through on deterrence sentencing. This should send the appropriate message. Have to try after such a senseless, preventable and tragic collision. You can't drive like that in North America. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @mandytakhar5841 So sad what happened Let him stay with his son 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @jeishhorr6233 I heard that this guy did not have driver's license and he was using his brother's 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @ShaneEstabrooks The one thing not being told is the broken training system. Why are all the poor taxi drivers, truck drivers and list goes on allowed to continue. The government and companies involved have a lot of blame in this too. Is the news you are watching doing anything to find the truth or is that broken too. The information is not being followed up on correctly, training is a paper trail and news is just gossip. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @walleyehunter1541 What I do understand is that he took responsibility for what happened. He did not try to get away with it. It is not like he is some criminal gang member joy-riding around. He should be allowed to stay in Canada; he has owned his role in the accident. It was an accident, and it was not intentional. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @skm1016 Hmmm\nnon citizens of ALL skin colours involved in road accidents will be deported? 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @jasonh4167 If we didn’t deport him every other no citizen would not follow the laws of Canada.?? 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @billsettle9301 That wasn't an accident. He had no intention of stopping unless he was asleep 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @RK-hs6ui That should be the catalyst for any immigrant with less than 10 years here who is found guilty of a indictable offense! 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @matthewfoster3799 Why did i get a punjabi commercial before this video lmao 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @kevin933 Weird decision. Was it found out that he did this on purpose or something? Was he under the influence? 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @judithrochon7837 It was an accident. His life was destroyed. 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @briankroger7879 This guy is not a danger. It was an accident. Trudeau allows murderers to stay in Canada. 3 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @iBackshift Oh boy now Sidhu is painted as the victim. Canadians, we have been conquered. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @peterjanjanin9883 So he kills people and gets a free ride home? 2 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @nightcrawler9888 You'd swear Jaskirat Singh Sidhu was the victim here... CRAZY. I hope the best for the families, may their loved ones rest in peace 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @ang9266 I don’t get why he needs to be deported how does that fix anything? 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @Timberland1963 This is one individual that was working in a job he knew little about and was very inexperienced. If people knew more about the trucking industry and the way they operate they would be afraid to go out on the roads. Many companies run ads nonstop looking for drivers because they pay too little, the equipment is not safe and the law allows for ridiculous hours. Federal hours of service are 16 hours a day with 13 hours driving 1 hour work time not driving and two hours of breaks. After 70 hours the driver gets 36 hours off and it starts all over. This works out to work up to 70 hours in 5 days and then a day and a half off. What other profession works those kind of hours? How about making our civil service workers work that kind of schedule and see how fast they go out on strike. These hours are allowed under the law and are federally mandated hours of service. The 36 hours off is often spent on the road sleeping and living in the truck not at home. 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @anitascheyk1938 Passing the buck! 0 i-Qsiw5HeiA
2 years ago @mikemckinley1031 If it was a Canadian person we would be in prison 1 i-Qsiw5HeiA
