6 years, 7 months ago @MichaelBrown-hx7gf I can give you plenty of examples of being racially profiled as a white man, like the time i walked into a Mexican market in L.A. and as i walked in overheard what the cashier charged a Mexican woman for a couple of items, so i grab the same exact items and bring them up to the counter just to be charged 3 times as much.  Go to any swap meet in So. Cal as a white man and see how you are treated amongst the Mexican vendors. And the further south you go the worst it is.  Maybe white people are not supposed to speak up? Or maybe the time a black guy said to the white boy door to door sales man that he was in the wrong neighborhood in Pasadena, Ca.Where do we put the attention? The police and shop owners harass white people. They profile you on what you wear. What condition vehicle you drive or the way you look. This program is intentionally misleading and is disingenuous. Race and ethnicity is one of many factors that can be used as a legitimate predictor of a person's behavior as a tenant. Not one service was for me, but if I was an immigrant, the entire world opens up including lots of financial support, they will even help you open a business. That’s why we have to educate ourselves.\n\nIf you had the same race commit a crime over and over, your brain naturally tries to associate the bad people with that race.\n\nWe had all the pictures of previous shoplifters at the store. The majority of shoplifters were from 1 race. A lot of workers can’t distinguish different people of the same race.
