I have worked at Best Buy and when we see a customer not being helped we have to come and ask if they need or we can get in trouble. It could also be a secret shopper who is there to test how long it takes for someone to come to help. In the end we also want to help so we can upsale extra items that the customer might forget to buy. |

Haha that computer test is invalid for me. At split second decision, I don't believe racism preference from that. Those decisions could be from numerous reasons the brain just jumps to. The human brain is complex. If you gave that test to a child who doesn't yet differentiate racism, are you still going to say that child is racists? |

I've had stereotype experience too in stores, jobs interviews, clinics, restaurants, kiosk, even hospitals. All places are all biased and this all depends on one person who wrongly judged another person. Sometimes favoritism plays a part of it too.\nIt's like no escape from it. |

I worked at Wal Mart a long long time ago but I can attest that they do not encourage profiling as a company. Individual managers and employees do however tend to take it upon themselves to play Batman and bust someone despite company policy being to do nothing. |
