It really isn't civic sense that's causing these refusals. It's the fraudulent documents that Indians submit. I am studying in Australia and majority of my class mates are Indians, Pakistani and Nepali. And more than half of them can't even speak decent English but their IELTS scores are all above 7. Academic misconduct, particularly buying assignments from a 3rd party, is highest among them. And also, these people are lucky that ChatGPT is there. |
