Indian workers abroad are resorting to all sorts of scams everywhere they go (apple sacking Indian workers for malpractices is the latest example). Suddenly Indian people are not welcome anywhere and the falling of our passport rankings is indicative enough. If legal immigration should have any chance, India has to crack down on the illegals. And I wonder why didn't they refund the money (at least some part)they received as fees since it is rejected and no forum for us to question this.. 0 YhCUCDDeCak

Of course we aren't better than Maldives, Ghana, Kenya, Thailand, and all Micronesian countries. But within next 30-50 years, we surely can rank higher than Ghana or Maldives. What we should do is, decrease the quality of education, employ as many unworthy individuals as possible, based on loyalty to political parties and leaders, focus not on skills, but on advertising. Students visa is misused on large scale by immigrant.\n\nAlso one need to keep the number of immigrants. \nBrampton has become the 2nd largest city in Ontario superseding Ottawa and Mississippi largely due to students. In Canada and USA, Indians have ruined their own reputation by getting involved into fraud activities, breaking laws of the host countries by bringing people from India and making them work illegally. So, naturally, the rejection rates are much higher for tourist visa and not for business visas as such. The solution is India should build infrastructure inside the country so that people don't need to rush abroad for a better life.
