I mean as someone who has worked on the other side of things (as in deporting) the comprehension level of Indians at the immigration counter is appalling they would be asked one thing and all they would answer is but I have hotel bookings and return flight tickets… and this is not a language barrier as I interpret the interviews live…. Like why are you not listening to what is being asked? You guys need to work on your comprehension skills that’s all - Respectfully a fellow Indian.\n\nPS: Pro-tip from an insider every country just wants rock solid assurance that anyone coming in on a temporary visa would go back to their respective countries. You see our compatriots peddling momentos, food delivery, hard labor , and almost any job that locals don’t like to do, the result is we get typecasted as an impoverished , rogue elements ..of their there are many south Asians in west but most of them blend well with local society and maintain decorum. This is good. It will firm up and curb unfettered immigration so that only those with skills/talent are permitted to travel on work or student visas, which over the last decade has been abused by many who claim visas but fail to deliver academically or are substandard or just dissapear. Things have got so bad now that the visa system needs a severe shake up to weed out undesirables. |

Facts, Indian F1 students are submit fake documents like security deposits in bank (scam), the reason of study (fake), job experience after education (fake), interview process (fake) during CPT, OPT even on H1. I took nearly 40 interviews in 2024 out of which 28 are with Indian background, 24-25 of them are trying to cheat the process in different ways. 2-3 are genuine but they lack skill. Now the people like Palki are trying to lecture about India in Oxford? ????? |
