2 years, 6 months ago @brain.shanti It's the same almost everywhere, I am now a German citizen , but I was at indian embassy in Germany for only giving up my indian passport. The man who works at reception behaved like dog to me and not let me even enter the embassy even after my request. 0 y52I41_NpbQ

2 years, 6 months ago @anocri Chalo, in the end, their got their visas, she attended the funeral, and the officer will face disciplinary action. Let's get back to work. 0 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @JA-mn1en Indians justifying the officer's behaviour is the reason the country is so slow to change. There is no justification for the officer who is the professional in this scenario to loose control like that. Also someone else issued the visa which means this guy was simply a tyrant which is a very common Indian government official trait 11 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @Warezzfan In most parts of the world this recording action can lead to permanent ban for Visa applicant. This applies not only to India but everywhere. \n\n1. Visa officers have complete autonomous authority to approve / reject applications \n\n2. Filming in any Consulate without prior permission is a legal offense with harsh penalties. I am pretty sure here no consent was taken because it's usually never granted anywhere. \n\n3. Uploading this video serves as a proof for crime against the Consulate of India. \n\n4. Repeating again Consulate officer has to be treated with utmost respect irrespective of your application outcome. There is a very big difference between their authority and privileges compared to any other government employee 0 y52I41_NpbQ

2 years, 6 months ago @pillisuresh6527 Is there any Indian with the courage to bring a camera phone to the US embassy? For instance, in the stages of the H1B or F1 Visa process (USCIS, Visa interview, and Port of entry at a US airport), your application might be rejected without any explanation, leaving you with no opportunity to inquire with the US immigration department. However, when dealing with our Indian Embassy or Immigration, individuals have the right to question and demand reasons. what a pathetic person you are? 1 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @syedmujahid9675 Rude and mis behaviour 1 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @justenjoy89 is there any special privilege for US passport holders, there is no rule to explain why visa is rejected, even US or EU embassies are not providing any clear answer for rejection. These couple had no right question Indian diplomat, even he is rude. 2 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @Universehiddengems Situation of the attitudes of Visa officers and other officers in China is horrific. You don’t get visa or other certificates even after you submitted all. Just they tell you to apply and take Visa and other fees but later deny it and take 6-8 months To even deny. You feel stuck, and helpless. You don’t raise voice otherwise they will anyways not entertain if you say a word. Many times you feel stuck to be Indian Citizen. I love my country and always fight others for defending it on many issues, but what’s my mistake to suffer and feel stuck just because of being Indian. Why I am not getting simpler documents easily, which is my right. Is democracy a joke? They told to get single status certificate but in India so called IAS officers don’t know about it and throw us out as soon as they hear it. Even before throwing us out they let us come multiple times to their office to just meet them , so that they can throw us out by demeaning the integrity and regret being Indian Citizen. 1 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @marky30mark Funny when the guy say, this is Barbaric. Hope his not one of them… Hahaha… 1 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @singh001ify Do you record when at US embassy or any other developed nation's embassy? there is a protocol that you must follow when at embassies. 2 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @jahangirkabir5682 Interesting video! You would like to think that the comments will be impartial, some supporting the victim some officials. Surprisingly, almost all comments appear to be in favor of the rude embassy official, often citing the other side of the coin. But, they dont know what the other side of the coin either. Just seemed unusual. 1 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @rdtarun01 Why is there no context provided in the video? What might have caused the officer to become irritated and angry? What actions would be taken against the officer if it was determined to be his mistake? 2 y52I41_NpbQ
2 years, 6 months ago @EmranChary The worst embassy..Even Embassy of Uganda knows how to treat Citizen. Shame to be an Indian 2 y52I41_NpbQ

2 years, 6 months ago @AI_focus This is not entirely unlike what women experience. If you go to the Indian consulate in Canada, you would find they behave similarly. The situation has improved a lot compared to 2015 and 2016. I lost my passport in Canada and was living 300 kilometers away from Toronto. When I went to the Toronto consulate to get my passport (now everything is done by BLS, but it wasn't the case back then), the officer, despite knowing I had all the necessary documents, insisted I obtain an unnecessary police document related to an FIR. I was surprised and pleaded extensively, but was still told to go back and return with the document. When I returned, the police officer told me they don't issue such documents. I went back to the consulate and was still denied. I protested there for 20-30 minutes. Eventually, with the same documents I initially presented, I obtained my passport. Such incidents used to be quite common. 1 y52I41_NpbQ
