None of them look like asylum seekers to me. They’re dressed fairly well. What they are trying to do is jump ahead of the rest of the world, who are patiently waiting in line, for the chance to live the American Dream. I worked with true asylum seekers, over a decade ago, and they looked poor and tattered. No phones, had to go to Catholic Charities for jackets, etc. Thank God Trump put an end to this invasion. |
