If they lifted the blockade and allowed humanitarian aid - it would all go to Hamas and the people would continue to be starved. A lot of history behind why Arab nations won't take Palestinian refugees. 1) They don't want a repeat of an attempted coup de'tat that Jordan went through decades ago and 2) they don't want Netanyahu, the Knesset, and the IDF taking over Gaza and the West Bank. |
