Growing up in the 90s and 00s in suburban Minneapolis, we had a very small population of Indians. About ten years ago, they built a large all new subdivision near my hometown that is now 90% Indian. Target Corporate is to blame for the initial push, as they opened an office in India and then had many of them relocating to the Minneapolis office.
