I'd probs say $30k/person (forms, medical or probs tuition). Canadian government is collecting $30k/per immigrant basically + cheap part-time labour but seems like it doesn't benefit the canadians. But the problem is, the caste based reservation in education and jobs make it difficult for the indian creamy layer to find opportunities in our own country.
