We have a right to defend ourselves like the USA and all other countries who have nuclear weapons to defend themselves. Canada being the first country to build a nuclear reactor in the 1950s , it's time we take our defense for our nation,as it shows we cannot trust our neighbor. Just like Poland, Hungary, Austria, France couldn't trust their neighbor Germany.
