Canada, please PLEASE realize that there are MANY AMERICANS who oppose this action vehemently and ansolutely HATE DONALD TRUMP!! Who knows what will become of you and us because of his sick, evil mind. We will fight WITH YOU!!

I have no idea if Prime Minister Trudeau reads any of these comments or if his team does, but as an American, I am ashamed of our current government. We have a narcissist for a leader who is a bad businessman and a puppet of Putin. How refreshing to see a real LEADER who actually cares about his country and not himself. I support Canada wholeheartedly. I suspect many Americans will be hurt badly by these embargoes and (justified) retaliatory tariffs - but so be it.

Trump needs to take notes from Justin! Justin is an amazing leader from my perspective. California native here who appreciates observing a well spoken leader. Hoping this comes to end soon. Trade wars are not beneficial to us or anyone else.

I'm American but I side with Canada. What Trump is doing to us is absurd. He is causing so much chaos to us and others. Everything he is involved with is just crazy. I am not alone with my thinking.

From all the bullying that this man gets from Canadian citizens and American leaders, I love how he handles things very professionally. He’s got exceptional self control and never lost his temper. Always showing humbleness. A great example of a true Canadian.

I am a Canadian and I love America and the American people. I hope we can put this behind us sooner rather than later there is no need for any tension between us. We always have each other‘s back. With that said, I would like to see Canada step up to certain obligations, including with NATO, but as far as a trade work goes, this is not good.
