This current regime is transmuting Trump's anger at the whole world into punitive measures. Tariffs will raise inflation, bullying and fingerwagging gratuitous. To use fentanyl and human trafficking and illegal border crossings as an excuse is chicken. Canada accommodated US by setting up commissions to combat each. So...what is the real schtick here? He is gonna alienate everybody but Putin.

Trump works for the Dictators and the rich. The US government doesnt care about their people at all. Yet they vote it all in. Meanwhile, we need a president and I can only say F-no to Vance and I don't know how many other dictator butt goblins in the line of succession, so, since Trudeau is going to be looking for work, lets make and exception and hire him for president. I'd much rather have one with a pro-Canada bias than one one who seems to think he is Putin's Elon Musk.

All Trudeau needs to do is secure the border and lower the tariffs on America. This trade war will be over, but no. He decides to puff his chest and be defiant. Most ungrateful governor ever ?

Trudeau's words are smoke and mirrors a bit imo. Liberals will go forward with an additional 20% carbon tax dispitie the tariffs occurring. Trump isn't the only one that is harming Canada in one way or another. Trump is forcing Canada to do better with our borders and crisis's that had not been addressed quickly enough. We (Canada) allowed these issues to get out of hand and it took another country to tell us that we needed to do better because the issues affect them as well. I'm stating facts here and now we Canadians will suffer for all of it.
