It's not the first time Canada has changed. the hindus don't denigrate anybody. ...except those untouchables over there. they're subhuman filth. i think most canadians aren't pissed off about the immigration, exactly, and are more annoyed by the shift in resources. it's a pretty big country with a lot of empty space. they set up in a small town and didn't bother anyone. that's roughly in line with canadian values. however, during that time, we've seen a lot of cuts to systems that were intended to help people born in canada and a shift in resources to help people born elsewhere coming into the country. white canadians are correct in noticing that the government has picked a side, and is shifting it's resources to helping this one group at the expense of the other, and it's had visible results that you're helpfully documenting. it's relatively clear that, whatever the merit of that initial shift in resources, it's had some unexpected effects, and that policy needs to be reevaluated. it's relatively clear who needs government resources in brampton in 2025, and the answer is not the same as it was in 1995.

Here is a aggressively neutral take as a Canadian elementary school teacher in an area with an extremely high Indian population (around half our school is ethnically Indian). It is also my own opinion, and some opinions on the internet suck: The good: Cultural integration IS possible (the Indian families are more into hockey than the white families where I live), tons of cross-cultural friendships, beautiful blend of cultural celebrations, top achievers are almost always second-generation immigrants, kids are growing up to love their parents' culture while also loving Canada's, many fantastic families who engage their children well and raise them very respectfully, religious temples that will feed an amazing meal to ANYBODY who walks into them (as long as you cover your hair), low rates of family trauma (drugs, abuse, divorce, etc.), families that take care of their elders The rough: Not all families are interested in being Canadian (some families just send their kids to Indian speaking private schools, live in Indian areas, and only seem to practice Indian ways of life - what's even the point?), many Indian families retreated into their home-lives during Covid which removed their children from integration opportunities, a very small percentage of the families are absolutely TERRIBLE at parenting and treat their sons and daughters with different levels of respect, multi-family households pay a single property tax which makes the contribution per taxpayer much smaller (while social benefits are equal to anybody else), some crime such as extortion and gang activity has been imported into the country, some individuals' disregard for rules and laws (setting fireworks on Diwali in the middle of a dry, grassy field is just plain stupid), some Indian communities seem to vote blindly for their own ilk during local elections without any regard for policy or experience, LMIA immigration program has been corrupted by the nepotism of bad actors and the greed of large corporations (wages can be federally subsidized which makes it cheaper to hire immigrants than the 16 year old down the street). Many of these families were simply making good choices for their own family, so don't blame the people themselves for this - blame the government that allowed it to fester unsustainably. I'll continue to stick up for the majority of these beautiful families though - haters be darned! Watching these kids grow up gives me some hope for humanity!

lol no fatso these are not the upper class Indians. These are farmers and other lower-class people that escape India and go to Canada. The upper-class Indians are either in India or in the US because that's where they go with their college degrees to make money. But Canada is very lucky to even have these people. What most people around the world do not understand is that without immigration, countries like Canada have negative population growth, and their economies would collapse. There would not be anybody to work in Tim Hortons or any service positions at anywhere near reasonable prices. Indians do not try to actively change the local culture like Muslims do which our fatso also noted and they do not go on welfare. All of them add to the economy. Which Fatso I'm sure is also doing just like them as he delivers Uber Eats or whatever it is to them as they do the more complicated work. Let's just hope the bike doesn't give in before the next delivery. The Indians need their curry delivered.

As an Indian living in India, i feel so sad about the Canadian people who have suffered because of few dishonest Indians or asians who wont pay proper taxes, who wont mingle with local people, or those who abuse the proper systems that the people back have built from long time.. Anybody who goes as an immigrant should live with the people there with great respect to the culture they have built on that land.. Hope the local people will get some justice 🙏🙁

I am so sick of this as a Canadian, it's unbelievable. If you showed me this in a satirical comedy show 10 years ago, I would say it's too overboard to be funny. But here we are! I'm moving to the United States because of this. And before you ask, yes, I am proudly a racist.
