As a Canadian I've been saying this for the last 5 years and was called racist. Well I'm going to be the biggest best racist i can. Get your backwards religion and culture out of my country, your disgusting religion and culture is not welcome here. You will not be tolerated by the people. The government may welcome you, the people will not. You'll have to cull the white population in Canada to silence this movement against Muslim immigrants. I went through a drive thru in Weyburn Saskatchewan and almost shit my pants when I seen (1) white guy working there, 99% Indian in the smack dab middle of the country, and it’s like this everywhere. Have heard half a dozen times from separate ppl that they were asked if they spoke Hindi or Punjabi to work at Tim Hortons because “all the staff spoke it” they take our jobs because they accept lower wages. I’m just fatigued, it just sucks because I know the vast majority of Indians before 2020 were actually nice and adaptable decently well. Now when you go out to eat or buy groceries you don’t even get a “have a nice day” which is a Canadian custom IMO. Most of the time besides the transaction details, they will not speak to you.

Just to make a correction, I 25 (F) daughter of immigrant parents was born and raised here, live in the greater toronto area and wanted to mention that a lot of folks believe the ones behind the crime rise in toronto are the new immigrants. I'm sorry to break it to y'all but if you do the research a lot of the people behind the crimes are born and raised canadian idiots (they could either be white canadian or children of immigrants aka 1st generation Canadians from any country). Don’t get injured, get any older or anything like that and unable to work in this country now as you’re much better off passing away.

Many individuals there believe that all non-white people are not Canadians, even if they were born in Canada and have been there over four generations. I’m worried that, if Canada imports a racial underclass, Canada will become racist in the same way Americans are racist. Right now, the sketchy people, the criminals and the addicts, aren’t so much racially distinct from everyone else. But, if non-white people acquire a collective reputation as unemployed, criminal, poor or otherwise sketchy, whether due to immigration or something else, Canadians (white or non-white) are going to associate racial non-whiteness with low status, sketch, lumpenprol. And once people make that association forms, Canada is going to become a much worse place for all brown people.

Not everyone is like that in my experience, I'm not from brampton but I'm sikh and I have sikh friends who are white and indigenous as well. You clearly saw that from the interview of the guy and his wife who was an RN, they passed the exam fair and square but I feel like his lack of understanding of the English language didn't get his point across right. The point he missed was the quality of life is higher in Canada, In India it's way easier, the cost of living is way cheaper, there's tons of cheap labour to hire maids for all your house work for example which is common in their culture, but as you've probably seen online, India isn't the cleanest or friendliest place to be, and if he was a nurse in India he would probably be broke without a good job, and having the opportunity to find good high paying jobs in something that Canadians also do when they travel to the US if a position in their field isn't available in whatever local city they grew up in. The main issue stems from international students from like after covid, regardless of country, India is in the spotlight because there's just more indians compared to other countries international students but its all the same stuff, you have kids from all over the world that might not have learned the same cultural practices, fresh 16-18 year olds living alone for the first time that have to do all their own chores and don't even know how to take care of themselves in some cases or do laundry or anything like that and it doesn't mean they were illegal immigrants or anything, just that they never put in the effort to learn because they were too entitled, its the same with entitled kids that go to Korea or Japan from north America as well that don't learn their culture and customs and misbehave because they are too entitled, and once you understand that you can see the bigger picture more clearly instead of just defaulting to racism. Also I'm not saying they can't be frustrated, its frustrating for everyone, even for me but racism isn't the answer.

They're nice, hard working people. Many are willing to do jobs that people born here are unwilling to. They want the Canadian dream. And the people that own the homes and housing should appreciate how they have bid up the value of their homes rather than bash them.
