A friend of mine who immigrated here recently needed help looking for a place and I asked what her budget was for rent and she told me the government will cover up too $5,000 per month rent payments. As an immigrant who came to this country & fell in love with its culture 40 years ago, it's appalling to see how our beautiful first world country is quickly becoming a gutter. The newcomers these days are the privileged ones. All of us need to speak up, especially those of us immigrants who retain our original accents &/ non-white because our white fellow Canadians are accused of being racist whenever they do (though many could learn to be more eloquent. ie. go back to your country does NOT help)! I see it as my Canadian duty to remind "misbehaving" newcomers the reason they left their country in the first place. ie. You chose Canada for a better life, so why try to change it into the one you left? ie. Help me understand your logic? Why not leave your hate & war at the border; just like normal folks won't bring stinky garbage into their new homes. Life is challenging enough when you uprooted to a new country (especially our unforgiving cold Winter). So, just focus on the positive things in your new country & leave all your miseries behind... ie. Learn to adapt & enjoy your new country. I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. Um so tired of going to a store all immigrants working. Make a phone call it's answered by an immigrant. You can't understand them . I love on ccpd I don't get old age pension yet. I'm too old to get the child tax credit and I'm on a Canada pension disability. I get 713.00 a min to live on. Period. That's it. 😢😢😢 I struggle every day. I live in a seniors housing complex..so my rent is adjusted to fit my income. Thank God for housing I'd be homeless if it wasn't for them. 😢😢 But the immigrants have money. Have jobs. Drive new cars. Get free rent for a year. I waited 9.5 hours at the emergency😢😢 not the Indians they have Indian drs that work there for them. How in the hell is this ok. I ended up leaving the emergency I couldn't wait any longer. I sat there in pain all that time and two Indian families came in during that time and within 20 min at the most they were in and out. They even have an advertisement in the emergency room in their language with all the Indian drs working there. Wtf is going on. I'm tired of seeing these people. They are opening businesses here. Everything you see now is written in English, French and Indian. They call it our third language now. There are building going up that have only immigrants in them. A d I live in a small town but the city. Come on. They stopped saying the Lord's prayer in schools. They can't say Merry Christmas. Christmas concerts are called Holliday concerts now. I became homeless after spending over 2 months in the ICU of a Toronto hospital barely walking in was taken to a Toronto city shelter and for 5 years I've been in 5 different Toronto shelters in what seemed like a blink of a eye every shelter became 80% north African Muslim men ,they were given cash allowances to buy their own food $80 a day plus welfare cheques once a month boosted up with TTC allowance $157 clothing allowances and yes they were all given money to buy laptops and smart phones apparently so they can keep in touch with their families back in Africa, in the last shelter I stayed in there was only 6 white Canadian born homeless people living there and 94 north Africans whom we started to notice were being housed only to have the next one take up their cott space housed yes and when we started looking into how they were getting housed so fast when we were apparently on a 37,000 name waiting list for housing with our housing workers telling us it will take 10 years if we are lucky then we found out about the secret housing program that these fresh off the boat immigrants were getting market value apartments of their choice you pick the government pays one African we befriended ( he wasn't a believer in Islam shush or they'll kill him) got a 1 bedroom condo apartment over looking Toronto's Island airport $2,700 a month and the government payed for all his furnishings, so now we knew and we approached the on site housing workers asking why we weren't told about COHB at first they tried to deny it existed but researching we had all the information first these COHB forms were to be handed out to those with seniority length of stay so as to cut out on abuse being that they are worth over $250,000 after ten years of paying your rent as in free housing for life , then we discovered the staff were making false entries on our files claiming some of us lost our seniority for fighting claiming we were kicked out for 14 days others for smoking violations what they didn't think we knew was on admission to any shelter you sign a agreement that they are videoing you and keeping a file on you that also stated we are allowed to have up to date copies of our files then during the 2 weeks we were supposedly kicked out we asked for the videos from that period once they realized we had a advocate working for us who a l so supplies lawyers to us should we need so they got caught then management called us all up for a meeting and that's when we hit him with a bombshell yes the shelters are staffed with immigrants from the same African countries this Hoard is coming from and we have a sworn statement saying they are charging $10,000 for these guaranteed housing forms yes $10,000 that's what our none Muslim African shelter friend payed for his form and why he's now living free in easily close to a million dollar condo and believe me the cars parked there show it, ok so after we busted them guess what 6 whites who were all born in Canada and have lived a average of 3.5 years in a shelter all got housed in apartments of our choosing mind we did get ours fully furnished by the government like all these illegal Christian hating islamists get free housing free food free clothing free medical free dental free prescription drugs and a free huge monthly welfare cheque Rebel news please contact us we want every Canadian to know what's going on and how we Canadians are being left out, p.s just go to any money transfer business at the end of the month and you'll see line ups of these north Africans wiring money back to their wives and families even boxing up all the mountains of free clothing sending it to Africa same what they're doing with all the prescription drugs they are getting for free everything is about making money taking taking taking not putting anything back , now I sleep soundly no one stealing my belongings no more catching a different cold every week no more being called a filthy infidel which seems to be their favorite word COHB look that up and if your living paycheck to paycheck working 2 jobs just get to a shelter say one with 94 Africans who will all be housed shortly leaving you the most seniority easy peasy but remember to keep a eye on your file for false entries or borrow $10,000 to buy one

So the stupidity and cruelty ofsoicety is the denial of life in others that seem to choose spectacle and destructive tendencies that they are told to do and hten reinforce it. There are always two sides of the story. When British and French went from starting trade with indigeneous to brigning their families and settling towns on their land, they must have had the same feeling. Europeans just didn't stop their they openly slaughtered and put small children in residential schools where many lost lives and are still living with generational trauma. India was doing fine before british came in and lynched the economy to feed industrial revolution in west. I have seen Finnish, croatian, greek, polish, italian, german cultural centers and businesses serving their communities in Canada. Can we also say that they should assimilate in Canadian culture? What is even Canadian culture? It is the "The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms", read that thing and the history if you are not familiar. I do acknowledge that there is massive influx of immigrants in a short span which govt. did to compensate for labor needs but they did not invest in infrastructure and orientation of immigrations. I have worked with Canadians in their 60s vs 20s, there was a huge difference in work ethic. My white manager relied on me and my another friend for closing or opening shift than some local preveliged kids. I am in support of deporting illegals but let's educate who are here legally. Collaborate with communities to voice out your concerns and look at the positive impact immigrants have made in past decades.

Happiness and joy are largely natural e. first time you hold your baby child/grandchild/niece/nephew etc. No one ever taught you to feel what you did in that moment. Hate and bigotry are learned. From family, school, friends, TV (hello Fox News), internet (influencers, comments made by others). Hatred and bigotry also require work and effort. To maintain your hatred, you need to apply an effort. Like building a fire. Once it begins to start, need to add sticks, wood etc. Not the case with happiness and joy

You know, Brampton even before trudeau was becoming basically little India, and most Canadians just said whatever let them have it, we kinda accepted it. But after trudeau with mass immigration and them taking over other cities its when it became a little too much and started to take over canadian culture. I had a friend visit from the u.s for the very first time, and we did some sight seeing, you know going to places around ontario that tourists would check out, went to niagra falls for the first time in maybe 10 years man it changed. It was 90% Indian people. She noticed it right away but didnt say anything, i said a lot of indians huh? and she said yeah didnt think canada was like this. When you think Canada its always been mulicultural, you just think of all ethnicities and people of different cultures but at the end of the day everyone was Canadian and they assimilated. Now you dont think of a multicultural country you think of an indian country thats changing the canadian culture and way of life and not in a good way. Identity is being taken away and it needs to stop. Canada needs to take notes from Poland before its too late. Poland closed their doors and guess what? economy went up, crime rate went down, people are happier. Canada opened the doors, crime rate shot up, economy crashing, more homelessness then ever and so on. Not saying its specifically Indian people, its the amount coming in and how they adopt canadian culture but instead bring their culture and trye changing the country to fit them rather then fitting in with an already established country and culture.

My friends dad was a refugee in Sweden. He faked illnesses to get extra money and was allowed to retire 20 years earlier. Then he moved back to Syria and he still gets money, he has no job, he doesn't need it.....

The old Dutch guy in the interview was right. When my father applied to bring us to Canada, we went through many tests and procedures, police checks from back home, and even from the FBI to prove we had never been to North America and the process lasted almost a year and a half. No money was given to our family, my dad was working our step mother was working; but now all these immigrants get in quick and free. I have a friend that works for a bank and he tells me people who can't even speak English or French show up and deposit government cheques for 30 or 40 thousand dollars. What about Canadians born and raised here, some need help, they don't get big cheques. There has to be a stop to all this influx of people coming from other countries who have it really easy once they're here, thanks to the government. I'm not anti-immigration, as I'm an immigrant myself, but this BS has to stop.

I am an immigrant came to Canada in 2014. The immigration system in Canada right now is not let every body in this country, is only allowed low/non skills workers and fraud applications in. I have a friend from China who got a bachelor degree from university of Waterloo and worked at downtown Toronto as a finance person for $500k per year which is extreme high in Canada. But he could not get his permanent resident because he is not what Canada needs as the immigration system. But immigration system is giving lots of pathway on low skills workers who can bring his/her whole families inside the country. These low skills workers need to find employers to do many complicated admin works for the application. In reality, no employers are willing to do such a complicated admin works for a minimum wages worker. So these people are paying the the employers to do the admin works without a single day working. Once they get the permanent residency, they just stay in Canada without working, paying taxes or try to become a Canadian. But for these people who have a high-pay job with high degrees, Canada is kicking them out of this country.

Canada has such a small population especially compared their less friendly neighbors to the south. Hope they figure out how to retain the skilled people they need to grow strong enough to fend off any threats.

I live in Brampton. And all I can say is thanks for visiting and spreading the word on this problem. I was born in Brampton, and my mother tells me about how much it's changed. Many of my friends and family friends have moved to other neighborhoods POST mosques being put up near their homes. And let's not talk about employment and foreign "students". I was lucky to get a job last summer at a family owned small business Ice Cream store right after high school. We even got a review saying we weren't diverse enough despite us being a group of White, East Asian and Black employees lol. And many people say if your not Indian and your getting your drivers test, you go out of Brampton to do the test because you'll likely get discriminated by who is running the test. It's absolutely absurd. It sounds like tin foil hat sh*t, but if you live here like me everything comes full circle. But ofc there are good ones, but they are typically the westernized ones, who have assimilated, they play or watch hockey and have developed a Canadian accent. But the majority haven't assimilated, they are likely first generation, and they do things like stuff 15+ people in one suburban home. And just small things like staring at you in public (idk why their community stares you down), they spit on sidewalks, and they use some crazy a$$ spices when they cook. The smell carries over for blocks and you know your in deep Brampton territory when your driving and that smell of spicy curry hits you and you gotta roll up them windows lol. It's a nasty smell. This mass migration is a huge issue and needs awareness.

I keep hearing people over fifty voted Liberal. I'm 65 and myself and my many friends voted Conservative. I believe it was rigged. Razor thin margins in favour of the Liberals. Yeah o.k. They used Donald, to say most of us changed our minds and wanted to reward the Liberals for their stellar performance over the last ten years. We need change now!
